1여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 일러 가라사대 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
2이스라엘 자손은 각각 그 기와 그 종족의 기호 곁에 진을 치되 회막을 사면으로 대하여 치라 Every man of the children of Israel shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father’s house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch.
3동방 해 돋는 편에 진 칠 자는 그 군대대로 유다의 진 기에 속한 자라 유다 자손의 족장은 암미나답의 아들 나손이요 And on the east side toward the rising of the sun shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah pitch throughout their armies: and Nahshon the son of Amminadab shall be captain of the children of Judah.
4그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 칠만 사천 육백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
5그 곁에 진 칠 자는 잇사갈 지파라 잇사갈 자손의 족장은 수알의 아들 느다넬이요 And those that do pitch next unto him shall be the tribe of Issachar: and Nethaneel the son of Zuar shall be captain of the children of Issachar.
6그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 오만 사천 사백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
7또 스불론 지파라 스불론 자손의 족장은 헬론의 아들 엘리압이요 Then the tribe of Zebulun: and Eliab the son of Helon shall be captain of the children of Zebulun.
8그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 오만 칠천 사백명이니 And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
9유다 진에 속한 군대의 계수함을 입은 군대의 총계가 십 팔만 육천 사백명이라 그들은 제 일대로 진행할찌니라 All that were numbered in the camp of Judah were an hundred thousand and fourscore thousand and six thousand and four hundred, throughout their armies. These shall first set forth.
10남편에는 르우벤 군대의 진 기가 있을 것이라 르우벤 자손의 족장은 스데울의 아들 엘리술이요 On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben according to their armies: and the captain of the children of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.
11그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 사만 육천 오백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
12그 곁에 진 칠 자는 시므온 지파라 시므온 자손의 족장은 수리삿대의 아들 슬루미엘이요 And those which pitch by him shall be the tribe of Simeon: and the captain of the children of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
13그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 오만 구천 삼백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
14또 갓 지파라 갓 자손의 족장은 르우엘의 아들 엘리아삽이요 Then the tribe of Gad: and the captain of the sons of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel.
15그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 사만 오천 육백 오십명이니 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and five thousand and six hundred and fifty.
16르우벤 진에 속한 계수함을 입은 군대의 총계가 십오만 일천 사백 오십명이라 그들은 제 이대로 진행할찌니라 All that were numbered in the camp of Reuben were an hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, throughout their armies. And they shall set forth in the second rank.
17그 다음에 회막이 레위인의 진과 함께 모든 진의 중앙에 있어 진행하되 그들의 진 친 순서대로 각 사람은 그 위치에서 그 기를 따라 앞으로 행할찌니라 Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall set forward with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camp: as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place by their standards.
18서편에는 에브라임의 군대의 진 기가 있을 것이라 에브라임 자손의 족장은 암미훗의 아들 엘리사마요 On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their armies: and the captain of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.
19그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 사만 오백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty thousand and five hundred.
20그 곁에는 므낫세 지파가 있을 것이라 므낫세 자손의 족장은 브다술의 아들 가말리엘이요 And by him shall be the tribe of Manasseh: and the captain of the children of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
21그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 삼만 이천 이백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
22또 베냐민 지파라 베냐민 자손의 족장은 기드오니의 아들 아비단이요 Then the tribe of Benjamin: and the captain of the sons of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni.
23그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 삼만 오천 사백명이니 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.
24에브라임 진에 속한 계수함을 입은 군대의 총계가 십만 팔천 일백명이라 그들은 제 삼대로 진행할찌니라 All that were numbered of the camp of Ephraim were an hundred thousand and eight thousand and an hundred, throughout their armies. And they shall go forward in the third rank.
25북편에는 단 군대의 진 기가 있을 것이라 단 자손의 족장은 암미삿대의 아들 아히에셀이요 The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies: and the captain of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
26그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 육만 이천 칠백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
27그 곁에 진 칠 자는 아셀 지파라 아셀 자손의 족장은 오그란의 아들 바기엘이요 And those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher: and the captain of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.
28그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 사만 일천 오백명이며 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
29또 납달리 지파라 납달리 자손의 족장은 에난의 아들 아히라요 Then the tribe of Naphtali: and the captain of the children of Naphtali shall be Ahira the son of Enan.
30그 군대는 계수함을 입은 자 오만 삼천 사백명이니 And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
31단의 진에 속한 계수함을 입은 군대의 총계가 십오만 칠천 육백명이라 그들은 기를 따라 후대로 진행할찌니라 하시니라 All they that were numbered in the camp of Dan were an hundred thousand and fifty and seven thousand and six hundred. They shall go hindmost with their standards.
32이상은 이스라엘 자손이 그 종족을 따라 계수함을 입은 자니 모든 진의 군대 곧 계수함을 입은 자의 총계가 육십만 삼천 오백 오십명이었으며 These are those which were numbered of the children of Israel by the house of their fathers: all those that were numbered of the camps throughout their hosts were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
33레위인은 이스라엘 자손과 함께 계수되지 아니하였으니 여호와께서 모세에게 명하심과 같았느니라 But the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.
34이스라엘 자손이 여호와께서 모세에게 명하신대로 다 준행하여 각기 가족과 종족을 따르며 그 기를 따라 진 치기도 하며 진행하기도 하였더라 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses: so they pitched by their standards, and so they set forward, every one after their families, according to the house of their fathers.
