| 3 | Asandrato ny hira, ka velezo ny ampongatapaka, ary tendreo ny lokanga mahafinaritra mbamin’ ny valiha. | Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. |
| 4 | Tsofy ny anjomara amin’ ny volana; eny, amin’ ny feno-volana, dia amin’ ny andro firavoravoantsika. | For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob. |

| 15 | Vetivety dia hampietry ny fahavalony Aho, ka hamerina ny tanako hamely ny rafiny; | The haters of the Lord should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever. |
| 16 | Izay mankahala an’ i Jehovah dia hikoy aminy, ka dia haharitra mandrakizay ny andron’ ny oloko; | He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee. |
