| 2 | Jehovah ô, ny herinao no hifalian’ ny mpanjaka; ary endrey ny haben’ ny hiravoravoany amin’ ny famonjenao! | Thou hast given him his heart’s desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah. |
| 3 | Ny nirin’ ny fony dia nomenao azy, ary ny nangatahin’ ny molony tsy mba nolavinao. [Sela.] | For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head. |
| 4 | Fa notsenainao fitahiana soa izy; teo an-dohany nasianao satro-boninahitra tena volamena. | He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever. |
| 5 | Aina no nangatahiny taminao, dia nomenao azy izany, dia andro lava mandrakizay doria. | His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him. |
| 6 | Lehibe ny voninahiny amin’ ny famonjenao; Laza sy voninahitra no nataonao taminy. | For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. |
| 7 | Fa nataonao ho fitahiana mandrakizay izy; ampifalinao indrindra amin’ ny tavanao izy. | For the king trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. |
| 8 | Fa ny mpanjaka matoky an’ i Jehovah, ary noho ny famindram-pon’ ny Avo Indrindra dia tsy hangozohozo izy. | Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. |
| 9 | Ho azon’ ny tananao ny fahavalonao rehetra; eny, ho azon’ ny tananao ankavanana ny mankahala anao; | Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them. |
| 10 | Hataonao tahaka ny fatana misy afo mirehitra izy amin’ ny andro hisehoanao, Jehovah handany azy amin’ ny fahatezerany, ary handevona azy ny afo. | Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men. |
| 11 | Ny zanany haringanao tsy ho eo amin’ ny tany, ary ny taranany tsy ho eo amin’ ny zanak’ olombelona; | For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform. |
| 12 | Fa nikasa hanisy ratsy anao izy, ka namoron-kevi-dratsy fa tsy nahefa. | Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them. |
| 13 | Fa hampiamboho azy ianao; ny tsipìkanao no ikendrenao ny tavany. | Be thou exalted, Lord, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power. |
