| 2 | Mafy no nampahoriany ahy hatry ny fony aho mbola tanora; Nefa tsy naharesy ahy izy. | Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me. |
| 3 | Ny mpiasa dia niasa ny lamosiko; Efa nanalava ny vavasany izy. | The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows. |
| 4 | Marina Jehovah: Efa nanapaka ny famatorana nataon’ ny ratsy fanahy Izy. | The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked. |
