| 1 | ¶ Long wanem, lo, taim em i gat tewel bilong san bilong ol gutpela samting long kamap, na i no piksa stret bilong ol dispela samting, i no inap olgeta, wantaim ol dispela sakrifais ol i ofaim olgeta wan wan yia oltaim, mekim ol man i kam long ol kamap inap tru. | For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. |

Bilong wanem, long taim ol man bilong lotu i kamap klin, ol i no bin gat mausbel moa long ol sin. | For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. |
| 3 | Tasol long ol dispela sakrifais i gat pasin bilong holim tingting gen long ol sin olgeta wan wan yia. | But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. |

| 7 | ¶ Nau mi tok, Harim, mi kam (long hap bilong buk rait i stap pinis long sait bilong mi,) long mekim laik bilong yu, O God. | Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. |
| 8 | Antap long taim em i tok, Sakrifais na ofa na ol ofa i kuk olgeta na ofa bilong sin yu no laikim, na tu yu no gat amamas insait long ol, dispela ol i ofaim bilong bihainim lo, | Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; |
| 9 | Nau em i tok, Harim, mi kam long mekim laik bilong yu, O God. Em i tekewe dispela namba wan, inap long em i ken strongim dispela namba tu. | Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. |

| 11 | Na olgeta wan wan pris i sanap olgeta wan wan de long wokim wok na ofaim planti taim ol wankain sakrifais, dispela i no inap olgeta long tekewe ol sin. | And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: |
| 12 | Tasol dispela man, bihain long em i bin ofaim wanpela sakrifais bilong ol sin bilong oltaim oltaim, i sindaun long han sut bilong God. | But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; |
| 13 | I stat nau i go em i wet wantaim strongpela hop inap long taim God i mekim ol birua bilong em i kamap liklik sia bilong putim lek bilong em. | From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. |
| 14 | Long wanem, long wanpela ofa em i bin mekim ol lain husat i kamap holi inap tru oltaim oltaim. | For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. |
| 15 | We Holi Spirit tu i wanpela witnes long yumi long en. Long wanem, bihain long dispela em i bin tok bipo, | Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, |
| 16 | Dispela em i dispela kontrak mi bai mekim wantaim ol bihain long ol dispela de, Bikpela i tok, mi bai putim ol lo bilong mi insait long ol bel bilong ol, na insait long ol tingting bilong ol bai mi raitim ol, | This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; |

| 18 | Nau we pasin bilong lusim sin bilong ol dispela i stap, i no gat ofa moa bilong sin. | Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. |
| 19 | ¶ Olsem na, ol brata, taim yumi gat pasin bilong i no pret long go insait long rum holi i winim olgeta long blut bilong Jisas, | Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, |
| 20 | Long wanpela rot i nupela na i gat laip, dispela em i bin mekim holi bilong yumi, i brukim dispela laplap, dispela tok em i olsem, bodi bilong em, | By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; |
| 21 | Na taim yumi gat wanpela hetpris i bosim haus bilong God, | And having an high priest over the house of God; |
| 22 | Larim yumi wok long go klostu wantaim trupela bel i pulap long strongpela bilip bilong bilip tru, taim em i bin tromoi blut isi isi long ol bel bilong yumi long rausim mausbel nogut, na ol bodi bilong yumi i bin was was wantaim wara i klin. | Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. |
| 23 | Larim yumi holimpas strong dispela tokaut bilong bilip tru bilong yumi na i no ken muv i kam i go. (Long wanem, em i man yu inap bilip long em husat i wokim promis.) | Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) |

Na hamas moa olsem, taim yupela i lukim dispela de i wok long kam klostu. | Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. |

| 27 | Tasol wanpela kain lukluk bilong wetim i pulap long pret long kot na bel nogut i gat paia, dispela bai kaikai olgeta ol birua. | But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. |
| 28 | Em husat i tingim olsem lo bilong Moses i samting nating i bin dai na i no gat sori aninit long tok bilong tupela o tripela witnes. | He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: |
| 29 | Bilong hamas mekim save nogut moa, long tingting bilong yupela, bai God i tingim em i inap long kisim, husat i bin krungutim aninit long lek Pikinini Man bilong God, na husat i bin kaunim blut bilong kontrak, we wantaim dispela em i kamap holi, wanpela samting i no holi, na i bin gat tingting nogut tru long Spirit bilong marimari? | Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? |

Na hap bilong en, taim yupela i kamap ol poroman bilong ol husat ol i yusim olsem. | Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used. |

| 38 | Nau ol stretpela man bai stap laip long bilip tru. Tasol sapos wanpela man i wok long go bek, tewel bilong mi bai i no inap gat amamas long em. | Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. |
| 39 | Tasol yumi i no bilong ol husat i wok long go bek inap long bagarap olgeta. Tasol yumi i bilong ol husat i bilip inap long kisim bek bilong tewel. | But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. |
