절King Jems Pisin BaibelKing James Version
¶ Olgeta wan wan savemeri i wok long wokim haus bilong em. Tasol krankimeri i bagarapim dispela long han bilong em. Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
¶ Em husat i wokabaut long stretpela pasin bilong em i pret long BIKPELA. Tasol em husat i paul long ol pasin bilong em i tingim Bikpela i samting nating. He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the Lord: but he that is perverse in his ways despiseth him.
¶Long maus bilong krankiman stik bilong hambak pasin i stap. Tasol maus bilong ol saveman bai lukautim ol. In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.
¶ Long ples i no gat ol bulmakau man, bokis kaikai bilong en i stap klin. Tasol strong bilong bulmakau man i mekim samting i kamap planti moa. Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.
¶ Witnes yu inap bilip long em bai i no inap giaman. Tasol giaman witnes bai autim ol tok giaman. A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.
¶ Man bilong tok bilas i painim save tru, na em i no painim pinis. Tasol save em i isi long em husat i gat gutpela save. A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.
¶ Lusim pes bilong krankiman, taim yu kisim save long maus bilong save i no stap insait long em. Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.
¶ Save tru bilong man bilong yusim save em i bilong kisim save long rot bilong em. Tasol longlong pasin bilong ol krankiman em i pasin giaman. The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit.
¶ Ol krankiman i wokim pani long daunim sin. Tasol namel long ol stretpela man i gat gutpela amamas. Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour.
¶ Bel i save long pait bilong em yet. Na ausait man i no wokim wok wantaim wantaim amamas tru bilong em. The heart knoweth his own bitterness; and a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy.
¶ Haus bilong man nogut ol bai tromoi i go daun. Tasol haus holi bilong stretpela man bai kamap bikpela na gro gutpela tru. The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish.
¶ I gat rot man i ting em i stretpela, tasol pinis bilong dispela em ol rot bilong dai. There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
¶ Yes, taim wanpela i lap bel i ken pilim bel hevi. Na pinis bilong dispela amamas em bel hevi. Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.
¶ Man bel bilong em i go bek bai pulap long ol pasin bilong em yet. Na gutpela man bai ting ol samting em inap tru long em yet. The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
¶ Man i no gat save i bilipim olgeta wan wan tok. Tasol man bilong yusim save i save lukluk gut long wokabaut bilong em. The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
¶ Saveman i pret, na lusim pasin nogut. Tasol krankiman i belhat nogut tru, na i gat strongpela bilip. A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.
¶Em husat i belhat kwik i mekim kranki pasin. Na ol i no laikim tru man bilong ol kamapim ol plen nogut. He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
¶ Ol man i no gat save i kisim longlong pasin olsem samting papa i givim pikinini. Tasol ol i putim hat king bilong save long man bilong yusim save. The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
¶ Man nogut i lindaun long ai bilong gutpela man, na man nogut long ol dua bilong banis bilong stretpela man. The evil bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
¶ Man i stap klostu long rabisman, yes, em i no laikim em tru. Tasol maniman i gat planti pren. The poor is hated even of his own neighbour: but the rich hath many friends.
¶ Em husat i tingim man i stap klostu long em i samting nating i mekim sin. Tasol em husat i gat sori long ol rabisman, em i amamas. He that despiseth his neighbour sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor, happy is he.
¶ Ating ol i no lusim rot husat i kamapim plen nogut, a? Tasol sori na pasin i tru bai stap long ol husat i kamapim plen long gutpela samting. Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth shall be to them that devise good.
¶ Win pe i stap long olgeta hatwok. Tasol toktok bilong maus i save mekim man kamap rabisman tru. In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.
¶ Hat king bilong ol saveman em ol planti mani samting bilong ol. Tasol kranki pasin bilong ol krankiman em longlong pasin. The crown of the wise is their riches: but the foolishness of fools is folly.
¶ Witnes i tok tru i kisim bek ol tewel. Tasol giaman witnes i autim tok giaman. A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful witness speaketh lies.
¶ Long pret long BIKPELA strongpela bilip i stap. Na ol pikinini bilong Em bai gat ples bilong ples hait. In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.
Pret long BIKPELA em i ai bilong wara i sut bilong laip, bilong helpim man i lusim ol trap bilong dai. The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
¶ Long planti namba tru bilong ol manmeri ona bilong king i stap. Tasol bagarap olgeta bilong hetman i kamap taim ol manmeri i sot. In the multitude of people is the king’s honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.
¶ Em husat i no hariap long belhat tru em i man bilong bikpela gutpela save. Tasol em husat i gat spirit bilong belhat kwik em i litimapim longlong pasin. He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
¶ Strongpela klok em i laip bilong bodi. Tasol pasin mangal i mekim ol bun i sting. A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.
¶ Em husat i givim hevi long ol rabisman i givim sem long Man wokim em. Tasol em husat i givim ona long Em i save gat sori long ol rabisman. He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.
¶ Ol i rausim man nogut long pasin nogut bilong em. Tasol stretpela man i gat hop long dai bilong em. The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.
¶ Save tru i save slip long bel bilong man husat i gat gutpela save. Tasol dispela samting i stap namel long ol krankiman i kamap ples klia. Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but that which is in the midst of fools is made known.
¶ Stretpela pasin i litimapim wanpela kantri. Tasol sin i givim sem long olgeta wan wan lain manmeri. Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
¶ Gutpela amamas bilong king i go long wokboi i saveman. Tasol belhat tru bilong em i birua long em husat i mekim sem i kamap. The king’s favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that causeth shame.
