| 7 | Yet em bai dai olgeta oltaim oltaim olsem pekpek bilong em yet. Ol husat i bin lukim em bai tok, Em i stap we? | Yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he? |
| 8 | Em bai flai i go olsem wanpela driman, na ol bai i no inap lukim em. Yes, ol bai ranim em i go olsem wanpela driman samting bilong nait. | He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found: yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night. |
| 9 | Dispela ai tu i bin lukim em bai i no inap lukim em moa. Na tu ples bilong em bai i no inap lukim em moa liklik. | The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him. |
| 10 | ¶ Ol pikinini bilong em bai painim rot bilong amamasim bel bilong ol rabisman, na ol han bilong em bai givim bek ol kago bilong ol. | His children shall seek to please the poor, and his hands shall restore their goods. |
| 11 | Ol bun bilong em i pulap long sin bilong taim em i yangpela, dispela bai slipim bodi wantaim em insait long das. | His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust. |
| 12 | Maski pasin nogut i stap switpela long maus bilong em, maski em i haitim dispela aninit long tang bilong em, | Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, though he hide it under his tongue; |
| 13 | Maski em i soim sori long en, na em i no givim baksait long en, tasol em i holimpas dispela yet insait long maus bilong em, | Though he spare it, and forsake it not; but keep it still within his mouth: |
| 14 | Yet kaikai bilong em insait long ol rop bilong bel bilong em i tanim, dispela em i marasin i pait bilong ol asp insait long em. | Yet his meat in his bowels is turned, it is the gall of asps within him. |
| 15 | Em i bin daunim ol planti mani samting olsem kaikai, na em bai trautim ol i go antap gen. God bai tromoi ol i go ausait long bel bilong em. | He hath swallowed down riches, and he shall vomit them up again: God shall cast them out of his belly. |
| 16 | Em bai pulim marasin nogut bilong ol asp wantaim maus. Tang bilong vaipa bai kilim em i dai. | He shall suck the poison of asps: the viper’s tongue shall slay him. |
| 17 | Em i no inap lukim ol riva, ol tait, ol liklik wara bilong hani na bata. | He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter. |
| 18 | Dispela samting em i hatwok long kisim bai em i givim bek, na em bai i no inap daunim dispela i go daun. Bilong bihainim mak bilong kago bilong em bai dispela stretim bek i stap, na em i no inap wokim amamas tru insait long en. | That which he laboured for shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down: according to his substance shall the restitution be, and he shall not rejoice therein. |

| 21 | Bai i no gat kaikai bilong em i stap yet. Olsem na bai i no gat man i painim ol kago bilong em. | There shall none of his meat be left; therefore shall no man look for his goods. |
| 22 | Insait long pulap bilong ol samting bilong em i inap tru, em bai stap long ol hatpela ples. Olgeta wan wan han bilong ol man nogut bai kam antap long em. | In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits: every hand of the wicked shall come upon him. |
| 23 | ¶ Taim em i klostu long redi long pulimapim bel bilong em, God bai tromoi belhat nogut tru bilong belhat tru bilong Em antap long em, na God bai mekim dispela olsem ren antap long em taim em i kaikai. | When he is about to fill his belly, God shall cast the fury of his wrath upon him, and shall rain it upon him while he is eating. |
| 24 | Em bai ranawe long samting bilong pait ain, na banara ain bai paitim em namel. | He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through. |
| 25 | Ol i pulim dispela, na em i kamaut long bodi. Yes, bainat i lait lait nabaut i kam ausait long gal bilong em. Ol samting bilong pret nogut tru i stap antap long em. | It is drawn, and cometh out of the body; yea, the glittering sword cometh out of his gall: terrors are upon him. |

Dispela bai go nogut long em husat i stap yet insait long haus holi bilong em. | All darkness shall be hid in his secret places: a fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle. |
