| 2 | Pikinini man bilong man, yu stap namel long wanpela bikhet hauslain, husat i gat ol ai bilong lukluk, na ol i no lukluk. Ol i gat ol ia bilong harim, na ol i no harim. Long wanem, ol i wanpela bikhet hauslain. | Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house. |
| 3 | Olsem na, pikinini man bilong man, yu redim ol kago bilong rausim, na rausim long san long ai bilong ol. Na yu bai rausim kago long ples bilong yu i go long narapela ples long hap ai bilong ol i lukim. Em i ken stap olsem long ol bai tingim na skelim, maski ol i wanpela bikhet hauslain. | Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house. |

Na yu bai go ausait long apinun tru long hap ai bilong ol i lukim, olsem ol lain husat i go ausait long go kalabus. | Then shalt thou bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth at even in their sight, as they that go forth into captivity. |

Yu bai karamapim pes bilong yu, inap long yu no inap lukim graun. Long wanem, Mi bin putim yu bilong wanpela mak i go long hauslain bilong Isrel. | In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulders, and carry it forth in the twilight: thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel. |

Mi bringim kago i kam ausait long stat bilong nait, na mi karim dispela antap long sol bilong han bilong mi long hap ai bilong ol i lukim. | And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall with mine hand; I brought it forth in the twilight, and I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight. |

| 9 | Pikinini man bilong man, ating i yes long hauslain bilong Isrel, dispela bikhet hauslain, i tokim yu, Yu mekim wanem? | Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou? |
| 10 | Yu tokim ol, GOD Bikpela i tok olsem, Dispela hevi em long sait bilong dispela hetman insait long Jerusalem, na olgeta dispela hauslain bilong Isrel husat i stap namel long ol. | Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; This burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them. |
| 11 | Tok, Mi stap mak bilong yupela. Wankain olsem mi bin mekim, olsem bai ol i mekim long ol. Ol bai lusim hia na go long kalabus. | Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall remove and go into captivity. |
| 12 | Na dispela hetman husat i stap namel long ol bai karim antap long sol bilong han bilong em long stat bilong nait, na em bai go ausait. Ol bai digim hul namel long banis long karim samting ausait long en. Em bai karamapim pes bilong em, inap long em i no inap lukim graun wantaim tupela ai bilong em. | And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in the twilight, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground with his eyes. |
| 13 | Umben bilong Mi tu bai Mi opim antap long em, na Mi bai kisim em insait long trap bilong Mi. Na Mi bai bringim em long Babilon long hap bilong ol lain Kaldia. Tasol em bai i no inap lukim ples, maski em bai dai long dispela hap. | My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there. |

Na Mi bai kamautim bainat i bihainim ol. | And I will scatter toward every wind all that are about him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them. |
| 15 | Na ol bai save long Mi stap BIKPELA, taim Mi bai brukim ol nabaut namel long ol kantri, na tromoi ol i go insait long ol kantri. | And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries. |
| 16 | Tasol Mi bai lusim wan wan man bilong ol long bainat, long bikpela taim hangre, na long ol sik nogut, inap long ol i ken tokaut long olgeta sting pasin bilong ol namel long ol haiden we ol i kam long en. Na ol bai save long Mi stap BIKPELA. | But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am the Lord. |
| 17 | ¶ Na moa tu tok bilong BIKPELA i kam long mi, i spik, | Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, |
| 18 | Pikinini man bilong man, kaikai bret bilong yu wantaim guria, na dringim wara bilong yu wantaim guria na wantaim pasin bilong wari. | Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with carefulness; |
| 19 | Na tokim ol manmeri i bilong dispela hap, GOD Bikpela i tok olsem long ol lain i stap long Jerusalem, na long hap bilong Isrel, Ol bai kaikai bret bilong ol wantaim pasin bilong wari, na dringim wara bilong ol wantaim pasin bilong kirap nogut, inap long hap bilong em i ken stap nating olgeta long olgeta samting i stap insait long en, bilong wanem, bilong ol pasin pait bilong olgeta lain husat i stap insait long en. | And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord God of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein. |

| 21 | ¶ Na tok bilong BIKPELA i kam long mi, i spik, | And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, |
| 22 | Pikinini man bilong man, dispela provep yupela i gat long hap bilong Isrel i gat wanem mining, i spik, Ol de bai stap longtaim yet, na olgeta wan wan driman samting i fel? | Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth? |
| 23 | Olsem na tokim ol, GOD Bikpela i tok olsem, Mi bai mekim dispela provep long pinis, na ol bai i no inap yusim dispela moa olsem wanpela provep long Isrel. Tasol tokim ol, Ol de i stap klostu, na kaikai bilong olgeta wan wan driman samting. | Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord God; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision. |
| 24 | Long wanem, bai i no gat ol driman samting nating moa liklik o ol glasman pasin bilong grisim man insait long hauslain bilong Isrel. | For there shall be no more any vain vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel. |

Long wanem, long ol de bilong yupela, O bikhet hauslain, bai Mi tokim tok, na Mi bai mekim dispela i kamap, GOD Bikpela i tok. | For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord God. |

| 27 | Pikinini man bilong man, lukim, ol bilong hauslain bilong Isrel i tok, Dispela driman samting em i lukim em i bilong kamap planti de bihain, na em i autim tok profet long ol dispela taim i stap longwe tru. | Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off. |
| 28 | Olsem na tokim ol, GOD Bikpela i tok olsem, Bai i no gat wanpela bilong ol toktok bilong Mi bai bilong longtaim yet moa liklik, tasol dispela tok Mi bin toktok bai kamap, GOD Bikpela i tok. | Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God. |
