| 23 | Na stap nupela gen long spirit bilong tingting bilong yupela, | And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; |
| 24 | Na long yupela i mas putim dispela nupela man, husat i bihainim God na em i kamapim em long nating long stretpela pasin na pasin holi tru tru. | And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. |

Long wanem, yumi stap ol hap bilong bodi wanpela bilong narapela. | Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. |
