| 1 | ¶ Ol dispela em ol strongpela tok i stap long buk na ol tok long pe bilong kot, yupela i mas strong long holimpas long mekim ol long dispela hap graun God BIKPELA bilong ol papa bilong yu i givim dispela long yu long kisim em olgeta de yupela i stap laip long dispela graun. | These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the Lord God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth. |
| 2 | Yupela i mas bagarapim olgeta, olgeta ples ol kantri bai yupela i kisim i bin mekim wok long ol god bilong ol long em. Em long ol maunten i antap tru na long ol liklik maunten na aninit olgeta wan wan grinpela diwai. | Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree: |

Na yupela i mas katim long daunim ol piksa ol i bin wokim long ol god bilong ol na bagarapim ol nem bilong ol long lusim dispela ples. | And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place. |

| 6 | Na long dispela ples yupela i mas bringim ol ofa bilong kukim bilong yupela, na pasin bilong kilim animal bilong mekim ofa bilong yupela, na ol namba ten hap bilong yupela, na ofa bilong litimapim bilong han bilong yupela, na ol strongpela promis long God, na ol ofa yupela i givim long laik bilong yupela yet, na ol namba wan pikinini bilong bulmakau samting bilong yupela na long ol sipsip samting bilong yupela. | And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks: |

Na yupela i mas amamas tru long olgeta samting yupela i putim han bilong yupela long em, em yupela na ol wanhaus bilong yupela, long ol samting God BIKPELA bilong yu i bin blesim yu. | And there ye shall eat before the Lord your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the Lord thy God hath blessed thee. |
| 8 | Yupela i no ken mekim pasin i bihainim olgeta samting yumi mekim hia long dispela de, em long olgeta wan wan man i mekim pasin i stretpela long ol ai bilong em yet. | Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes. |
| 9 | Long wanem yupela i no kam yet long dispela malolo na long dispela samting bilong kisim long papa, God BIKPELA bilong yupela i givim dispela long yupela. | For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the Lord your God giveth you. |
| 10 | Tasol taim yupela i go hapsait long Jordan na stap long dispela hap graun God BIKPELA bilong yupela i givim dispela long yupela long kisim ol samting bilong papa, na taim Em i givim yupela malolo long olgeta birua bilong yupela i stap raun nabaut long yupela i ken i sindaun gut, | But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the Lord your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety; |

Yupela mas bringim olgeta samting mi givim strongpela tok long yupela long dispela ples, em ol ofa bilong kukim bilong yupela na ol ofa bilong kilim animal bilong yupela na ol namba ten hap, na ol ofa bilong litimapim bilong han bilong yupela na olgeta gutpela strongpela promis bilong yupela, na yupela i mekim dispela strongpela promis i go long BIKPELA. | Then there shall be a place which the Lord your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the Lord: |
| 12 | Na yupela i mas amamas tru long pes bilong God BIKPELA bilong yupela, em yupela na ol pikinini man bilong yupela na ol pikinini meri bilong yupela, na ol wokboi bilong yupela na ol wokmeri bilong yupela, na dispela man bilong lain bilong Livai i stap insait long dua bilong banis bilong yupela, long wanem em i no gat wanpela hap o samting papa i givim long yupela. | And ye shall rejoice before the Lord your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you. |
| 13 | Lukaut long yu yet, long yu no ken mekim ofa long ol ofa bilong kukim long olgeta ples yu lukim. | Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest: |

Long dispela ples yu mas ofaim ol ofa bilong kukim bilong yu, na long dispela ples yu mas mekim olgeta samting mi givim strongpela tok long yu long em. | But in the place which the Lord shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee. |
| 15 | Tasol yu ken kilim na kaikai mit long olgeta dua bilong banis bilong yu long wanem samting tewel bilong yu i gat bikpela laik long kisim, bilong kisim blesing bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu Em i bin givim dispela long yu. Ol manmeri i no klin na ol i klin olgeta i ken kaikai dispela, em i olsem bikpela abus dia robak na olsem abus i dia man hat. | Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart. |

| 17 | Yu no ken kaikai insait long dua bilong banis bilong yu olsem, wanpela bilong tenpela hap bilong kon samting bilong yu o bilong wain bilong yu o bilong wel bilong yu o long namba wan pikinini bilong ol bulmakau samting bilong yu o long ol sipsip samting bilong yu o wanpela samting bilong ol strongpela promis long God bilong yu, yu bin mekim strongpela promis long dispela, o ol ofa yu givim long laik bilong yu, o ofa bilong litimapim long han bilong yu. | Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand: |

Na yu mas amamas tru long pes bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu long olgeta samting yu putim tupela han bilong yu long em. | But thou must eat them before the Lord thy God in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto. |
| 19 | Lukaut long yu yet, long yu no ken lusim dispela man long lain Livai inap long taim yu stap laip long dispela graun. | Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth. |

Yu ken kaikai mit, long wanem samting tewel bilong yu i strong long kisim. | When the Lord thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after. |
| 21 | Sapos dispela ples God BIKPELA bilong yu i bin makim long putim nem bilong Em long em i stap longwe tumas long yu, long dispela taim yu mas kilim sampela bilong ol bulmakau samting bilong yu na sampela bilong ol sipsip samting bilong yu, BIKPELA i bin givim ol long yu, olsem mi bin givim strongpela tok long yu, na yu mas kaikai wanem samting tewel bilong yu i strong long kisim insait long dua bilong banis bilong yu. | If the place which the Lord thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the Lord hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after. |
| 22 | Em i olsem yu kaikai bikpela abus dia robak na abus dia man hat, olsem tasol yu mas kaikai ol. Ol i no stap klin na ol i stap klin olgeta bai kaikai long ol. | Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike. |
| 23 | Wanpela samting tasol, yu mas i stap klia long em, yu no ken kaikai blut, long wanem blut em i laip na yu no ken kaikai laip wantaim mit. | Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh. |
| 24 | Yu no ken kaikai dispela. Yu mas kapsaitim em long graun olsem wara. | Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water. |
| 25 | Yu no ken kaikai dispela, bai yu na ol pikinini bilong yu i kamap bihain long yu, ol i ken i stap gut, taim yu bai mekim ol samting i stretpela long ai bilong BIKPELA. | Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the Lord. |
| 26 | Ol holi samting yu holim na ol strongpela promis long God yu bin mekim, ol dispela tasol bai yu kisim na go long ples BIKPELA bai makim em. | Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the Lord shall choose: |
| 27 | Na yu mas ofaim ol ofa bilong kukim, em mit na blut long dispela alta bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu. Na blut bilong ofa bilong kilim i dai animal bilong yu mas i kapsait long alta bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu. Na yu mas kaikai dispela mit. | And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the Lord thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the Lord thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh. |
| 28 | Harim na lukautim olgeta bilong ol dispela tok mi givim strongpela tok long yu long ol, bai yu na ol pikinini bilong yu i kamap bihain long yu, ol i ken i stap gut oltaim oltaim, taim yu mekim ol samting i gutpela na stretpela long ai bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu. | Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the Lord thy God. |
| 29 | Taim God BIKPELA bilong yu bai bagarapim ol dispela kantri long pes bilong yu long olgeta ples yu go long kisim ol na yu winim ol na sindaun long graun bilong ol, | When the Lord thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land; |
| 30 | Lukaut long yu yet, bai yu no ken stap long umben bilong bihainim pasin bilong ol bihain long ol i kisim bagarap long pes bilong yu. Na tu yu no ken kisim save long ol god bilong ol na tok, Olsem wanem ol dispela kantri i bin mekim wok long bihainim ol god bilong ol? Olsem na bai mi mekim wankain pasin. | Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. |
| 31 | Yu no ken mekim olsem long God BIKPELA bilong yu. Long wanem olgeta samting i sting tru long tingting bilong BIKPELA, na Em i no laikim tru dispela, ol i bin mekim ol dispela long ol god bilong ol. Long wanem ol i bin kukim ol pikinini man bilong ol na ol pikinini meri bilong ol long paia long bihainim ol god bilong ol. | Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods. |
| 32 | Olgeta samting mi givim strongpela tok long yupela long ol, yupela i mas strong long mekim dispela. Yu no ken bungim sampela tok long em o rausim sampela tok long dispela. | What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it. |
