Long wanem, yu husat i jasim narapela i wokim ol wankain samting. | Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. |
| 2 | Tasol yumi save tru long kot bilong God em i bilong bihainim tok i tru i birua long ol husat i mekim ol kain samting. | But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. |
| 3 | Na ating yu tingim dispela, O man husat i jasim ol husat i mekim ol kain samting, na yu mekim wankain samting, long yu bai ranawe long kot bilong God? | And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? |
| 4 | O yu tingim olsem ol samting i dia tru bilong gutpela pasin na pasin bilong stap isi na pasin bilong karim pen longpela taim bilong em i samting nating, taim yu no save long gutpela pasin bilong God i stiaim yu long tanim bel? | Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? |

| 9 | Bikpela hevi na taim hevi i krungutim, antap long tewel bilong olgeta wan wan man husat i mekim pasin nogut, bilong Ju pastaim, na tu bilong man i no Ju. | Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; |
| 10 | Tasol glori, ona, na bel isi, long olgeta wan wan man husat i wokim gutpela pasin, long Ju pastaim, na tu long man i no Ju. | But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: |
| 11 | Long wanem, pasin bilong tingim namba bilong ol man i no stap wantaim God. | For there is no respect of persons with God. |
| 12 | Long wanem, hamas man i bin mekim sin ausait long lo bai dai olgeta tu ausait long lo. Na hamas man i bin mekim sin insait long lo, lo bai jasim. | For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; |
| 13 | (Long wanem, ol man i harim lo i no stretpela long ai bilong God, tasol ol man i bihainim lo bai kamap stretpela. | (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. |
| 14 | Long wanem, taim ol man i no Ju, husat i no gat lo, i mekim long pasin bilong ol yet ol samting i stap insait long lo, ol dispela, taim ol i no gat lo, i stap wanpela lo long ol yet, | For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: |

| 18 | Na yu save long laik bilong em, na yu soim orait long ol samting i gutpela olgeta moa, taim yu kisim skul i kam ausait long lo. | And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law; |
| 19 | Na yu gat strongpela bilip long yu yu yet i wanpela man bilong stiaim ol aipas, wanpela lait bilong ol husat i stap long tudak, | And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness, |
| 20 | Wanpela tisa bilong ol krankiman, wanpela tisa bilong ol bebi, husat i gat piksa tasol bilong save na bilong tok tru insait long lo. | An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law. |
| 21 | Olsem na yu husat i skulim narapela, ating yu no skulim yu yet? Yu husat i autim tok long man i no ken stil, ating yu stil? | Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? |
| 22 | Yu husat i tok long wanpela man i no ken bagarapim marit long pamuk pasin, ating yu mekim pasin bilong bagarapim marit long pamuk pasin? Yu husat i ting olsem ol piksa bilong god giaman i sting olgeta, ating yu mekim pasin bilong bagarapim samting i holi? | Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? |
| 23 | Yu husat i litimapim yu yet nating long lo, long pasin bilong brukim lo ating yu bagarapim ona bilong God? | Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? |
| 24 | Long wanem, ol i tok bilas long nem bilong God namel long ol man i no Ju long wok bilong yu, olsem rait i stap pinis. | For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written. |
| 25 | Long wanem, tru tumas, pasin bilong katim skin i gutpela bilong helpim, sapos yu bihainim lo. Tasol sapos yu stap man bilong brukim lo, pasin bilong katim skin bilong yu i kamap pasin bilong i no katim skin. | For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. |
| 26 | Olsem na sapos man i no katim skin i bihainim ol stretpela pasin bilong lo, ating bai pasin bilong i no katim skin bilong em God i no inap kaunim olsem pasin bilong katim skin? | Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? |
| 27 | Na ating pasin bilong i no katim skin, dispela i pasin bilong bodi yet, sapos em i inapim lo, jasim yu, husat long leta na pasin bilong katim skin i kalapim lo? | And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? |
| 28 | Long wanem, em i no wanpela Ju, husat em i wanpela long ausait. Na tu pasin bilong katim skin i no dispela, dispela i bilong ausait, long bodi. | For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: |

Na pasin bilong katim skin em dispela bilong bel, long spirit, na i no long leta, husat biknem bilong em i no kam long ol man, tasol long God. | But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. |
