| 1 | Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. EN Jehová he confiado; ¿cómo decís á mi alma: Escapa al monte cual ave? | In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain? |
| 2 | Porque he aquí, los malos flecharon el arco, apercibieron sus saetas sobre la cuerda, para asaetear en oculto á los rectos de corazón. | For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart. |
| 3 | Si fueren destruídos los fundamentos, ¿qué ha de hacer el justo? | If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? |
| 4 | Jehová en el templo de su santidad: la silla de Jehová está en el cielo: sus ojos ven, sus párpados examinan á los hijos de los hombres. | The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. |
| 5 | Jehová prueba al justo; empero al malo y al que ama la violencia, su alma aborrece. | The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. |
