1	나를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오, 오, 하나님,나를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오!주님께로 이 몸이 피했고,주님의 날개 그늘로 내가 피하니까요, 재난이 지나가기까지.	Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
2	어려움 가운데서 하나님을 찾는 노래 / 찬양 인도자에게 맞춤. 알다스헷 가락. 다윗에게 속한 것. 믹담. 그가 사울을 피해 굴속으로 달아날 때. / (기도) 내가 부르짖습니다, 가장 높으신 하나님께, 나를 위해 나서시는 하나님께.	I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
3	하나님은 하늘에서 도움을 보내 나를 구해 주십니다. 나를 물고 늘어지는 사람들을 혼란에 빠뜨리십니다. 셀라. 하나님은 자신의 한결같은 사랑과 진리를 보내십니다.	He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
4	이 몸은 사자들 가운데 누워 있습니다. 인간들을 집어삼키는 사자들입니다. 그들의 이빨은 창과 화살이고, 그들의 혀는 날카로운 칼입니다.	My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
5	하늘에서 높임받으십시오, 오, 하나님! 온 땅에 주님의 영광이 있습니다.	Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth.
6	그물을 그들이 내 발 앞에 쳤습니다. 이 몸을 내리눌렀습니다. 내 앞에 구덩이를 파 놓았습니다. 그러나 자기들이 그 가운데로 빠졌습니다. 셀라.	They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah.
7	확고합니다, 내 마음은, 오, 하나님! 확고합니다, 내 마음은. 내가 노래하고 찬송하겠습니다.	My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
8	(악기에게 하는 말) 깨어라, 내 영광아! 깨어라, 하프와 기타야! 내가 새벽을 깨울 테야!	Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
9	(기도) 나 주님께 감사 찬양을 드리겠습니다, 백성들 가운데서, 오, 주님! 나 주님께 찬송하겠습니다, 민족들 가운데서.	I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.
10	주님의 한결같은 사랑은 커서 하늘에까지 미칩니다, 주님의 참되심은 구름에까지.	For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
11	하늘에서 높임받으십시오, 오, 하나님! 온 땅에 주님의 영광이 있습니다.	Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: let thy glory be above all the earth.
