1	참으로 침묵이 공의라고 너희는 말하느냐?올곧게 너희가 인간들을 판가름하고 있느냐?	Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
2	악한 권력자들을 벌해 달라는 기도 / 찬양 인도자에게 맞춤. 알다스헷 가락. 다윗에게 속한 것. 믹담. / (권력자에게 하는 말) 세상에서 불의한 짓 할 마음을 너희가 품고, 너희 손으로 폭력을 휘두르는구나.	Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.
3	악인들은 아기집에서부터 비뚤어졌다. 거짓말쟁이들은 어머니 뱃속에서부터 어그러졌다.	The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
4	그들의 독은 뱀의 독 같다. 그들은 자기 귀를 막아 듣지 못하는 살무사 같다.	Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;
5	이런 살무사는 마술사들의 목소리를 듣지 않는다. 능숙하게 술법을 부려도 듣지 않는다.	Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely.
6	(기도) 오, 하나님, 그들의 입에서 이빨을 부러뜨려 주십시오. 젊은 사자들의 턱뼈를 부서뜨려 주십시오, 오, 여호와여.	Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O Lord.
7	그들이 사라지게 해 주십시오, 흘러가 버리는 물처럼. 화살을 쏘아도 그것들이 꺾여 버린 것처럼 되게 해 주십시오.	Let them melt away as waters which run continually: when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces.
8	기어가다가 녹아 버리는 달팽이처럼, 죽은 채 태어나 해를 보지 못한 아이처럼 되게 해 주십시오.	As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun.
9	(권력자에게 하는 말) 너희의 솥이 가시나무 땔감으로 달구어지기 전에, 산 것이든 마른 것이든 하나님이 쓸어 가 버리실 것이다.	Before your pots can feel the thorns, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, both living, and in his wrath.
10	의인은 기뻐할 것이다, 보복을 보았으니까. 발을 씻을 것이다, 악인의 피로.	The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
11	사람들이 말할 것이다. “정말 열매가 있구나, 의인에게는. 정말 계시는구나, 세상을 심판하시는 하나님이!”	So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.
