1	가나안 땅의 경계 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2	“이스라엘 사람들에게 명령하여 말해 주어라. ‘너희가 가나안 땅에 들어갔을 때, 너희가 나누어 받을 땅 곧 가나안 땅은 그 경계를 두고 보면 이러할 것이다.	Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan; (this is the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with the coasts thereof:)
3	너희에게 남쪽은 에돔을 따라 친 광야에서 시작하고, 너희에게 남쪽 경계는 동쪽의 소금바다(사해) 가장자리에서 시작할 것이다.	Then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the coast of Edom, and your south border shall be the outmost coast of the salt sea eastward:
4	너희에게 경계는 남쪽에서 아그랍빔 오르막으로 돌아서 친으로 나아가고, 그 끝은 가데스바르네아 남쪽에서 하살앗달로 나가서 아스몬으로 나아갈 것이다.	And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadesh–barnea, and shall go on to Hazar–addar, and pass on to Azmon:
5	그 경계가 아스몬에서는 이집트 마른시내로 돌아, 바다가 그 끝이 될 것이다.	And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.
6	서쪽 경계는, 큰 바다인 지중해가 너희에게 경계가 될 것이다. 너희에게 서쪽 경계는 이러할 것이다.	And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.
7	너희에게 북쪽 경계는 이러할 것이다. 큰 바다인 지중해에서 호르산까지 표시해야 한다.	And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:
8	호르산부터는 하맛 길목까지 표시하고, 스닷이 경계의 끝이 될 것이다.	From mount Hor ye shall point out your border unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:
9	그 경계는 시브론으로 나아가, 하사레난이 그 끝이 될 것이다. 너희에게 북쪽 경계는 이러할 것이다.	And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazar–enan: this shall be your north border.
10	동쪽 경계로 너희는 하사레난에서 스밤까지 표시해야 한다.	And ye shall point out your east border from Hazar–enan to Shepham:
11	그 경계가 스밤부터는 아인 동쪽의 리블라로 내려갈 것이다. 그 경계가 또 내려가서 긴네렛 바다의 동쪽 비탈에 이를 것이다.	And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward:
12	그 경계가 또 요르단으로 내려가서, 소금바다(사해)가 그 끝이 될 것이다. 너희에게 그 땅이, 사방 경계를 두고 말하자면 이러할 것이다.’”	And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about.
13	모세가 이스라엘 사람들에게 명령했다. “이 땅이, 여러분이 제비 뽑아 나누어 받을 땅입니다. 여호와께서 아홉 지파와 또 한 지파의 절반에게 나누어 주라고 명령하신 땅이지요.	And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the Lord commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe:
14	아버지 쪽 집안에 따라 르우벤 사람들의 지파, 갓 사람들의 지파, 므낫세 지파 절반은 땅을 이미 나누어 받았습니다.	For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:
15	그 두 지파와 또 한 지파의 절반은 이미 땅을 나누어 받았습니다. 요르단 건너편 여리고 동쪽 곧 해 돋는 곳에서요.”	The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.
16	땅을 나누어 줄 사람들을 알려 주시다 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
17	“너희에게 그 땅을 나누어 줄 사람들의 이름은 이러하다. 곧 엘르아살 제사장과 눈의 아들 여호수아이다.	These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
18	또 지파마다 우두머리를 한 사람씩 내세워 땅을 나누어 주게 하여라.	And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.
19	그 사람들의 이름은 이러하다. 유다 지파에서는 여분네의 아들 갈렙이다.	And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
20	시므온 사람들의 지파에서는 암미훗의 아들 사무엘이다.	And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.
21	베냐민 지파에서는 기슬론의 아들 엘리닷이다.	Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.
22	단 사람들의 지파에서는 요글리의 아들 북기가 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli.
23	요셉 사람들 가운데서 므낫세 사람들의 지파에서는 에봇의 아들 한니엘이 우두머리다.	The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod.
24	에브라임 사람들의 지파에서는 십단의 아들 그무엘이 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.
25	스불론 사람들의 지파에서는 바르낙의 아들 엘리사반이 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.
26	잇사갈 사람들의 지파에서는 앗산의 아들 발디엘이 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan.
27	아셀 사람들의 지파에서는 슬로미의 아들 아히훗이 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.
28	납달리 사람들의 지파에서는 암미훗의 아들 브다헬이 우두머리다.	And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.
29	이들이 여호와의 명령으로 가나안 땅에서 이스라엘 사람들에게 땅을 나누어 줄 사람들이다.”	These are they whom the Lord commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
