| 2 | Νεφέλη και ομίχλη είναι κύκλω αυτού· δικαιοσύνη και κρίσις η βάσις του θρόνου αυτού. | Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. |
| 3 | Πυρ προπορεύεται έμπροσθεν αυτού και καταφλέγει πανταχόθεν, τους εχθρούς αυτού. | A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. |
| 4 | Αι αστραπαί αυτού φωτίζουσι την οικουμένην· είδεν η γη και εσαλεύθη. | His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. |
| 5 | Τα όρη διαλύονται ως κηρός από της παρουσίας του Κυρίου, από της παρουσίας του Κυρίου πάσης της γής· | The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. |
| 6 | Αναγγέλλουσιν οι ουρανοί την δικαιοσύνην αυτού, και βλέπουσι πάντες οι λαοί την δόξαν αυτού. | The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory. |
| 7 | Ας αισχυνθώσι πάντες οι λατρεύοντες τα γλυπτά, οι καυχώμενοι εις τα είδωλα· προσκυνείτε αυτόν, πάντες οι θεοί. | Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods. |
| 8 | Ήκουσεν η Σιών και ευφράνθη, και εχάρησαν αι θυγατέρες του Ιούδα διά τας κρίσεις σου, Κύριε. | Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord. |
| 9 | Διότι συ, Κύριε, είσαι ύψιστος εφ' όλην την γήν· σφόδρα υπερυψώθης υπέρ πάντας τους θεούς. | For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods. |
| 10 | Οι αγαπώντες τον Κύριον, μισείτε το κακόν· αυτός φυλάττει τας ψυχάς των οσίων αυτού· ελευθερόνει αυτούς εκ χειρός ασεβών. | Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. |
| 11 | Φως σπείρεται διά τον δίκαιον και ευφροσύνη διά τους ευθείς την καρδίαν. | Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. |
| 12 | Ευφραίνεσθε, δίκαιοι, εν Κυρίω, και υμνείτε την μνήμην της αγιωσύνης αυτού. | Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. |
