| 2 | Διότι θέλεις τρώγει από του κόπου των χειρών σου· μακάριος θέλεις είσθαι, και ευτυχία εις σε. | For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. |
| 3 | Η γυνή σου θέλει είσθαι ως άμπελος εύκαρπος εις τα πλάγια της οικίας σου· οι υιοί σου ως νεόφυτα ελαιών κύκλω της τραπέζης σου. | Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. |
| 4 | Ιδού, ούτω θέλει ευλογηθή ο άνθρωπος ο φοβούμενος τον Κύριον. | Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. |
| 5 | Ο Κύριος θέλει σε ευλογήσει εκ της Σιών, και θέλεις ιδεί το καλόν της Ιερουσαλήμ πάσας τας ημέρας της ζωής σου· | The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. |
