| 3 | Viele sagen von meiner Seele: Sie hat keine Hilfe bei GOtt. Sela. | But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. |
| 4 | Aber du, HErr, bist der Schild für mich, und der mich zu Ehren setzet und mein Haupt aufrichtet. | I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. |
| 5 | Ich rufe an mit meiner Stimme den HErrn, so erhöret er mich von seinem heiligen Berge. Sela. | I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me. |
