| 3 | Lobet ihn, Sonne und Mond; lobet ihn, alle leuchtenden Sterne! | Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. |
| 4 | Lobet ihn, ihr Himmel allenthalben, und die Wasser, die oben am Himmel sind! | Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. |
| 5 | Die sollen loben den Namen des HErrn; denn er gebeut, so wird's geschaffen. | Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created. |
