1	[순례자의 노래] 하늘에 앉아 계시는 이여, 내가 눈을 들어 당신을 쳐다봅니다.	Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2	상전의 손만 쳐다보는 종의 눈처럼 마님의 손만 쳐다보는 몸종의 눈처럼 우리 하느님 야훼의 자비를 바라 우리 눈이 그분을 쳐다봅니다.	Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.
3	우리를 불쌍히 여기소서. 야훼여, 불쌍히 보아주소서. 너무나도 멸시를 받았습니다.	Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4	배부른 자들의 비웃음 소리, 교만한 자들의 그 모멸, 이제 그만 지긋지긋합니다.	Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
