1	[순례자의 노래] 이 산 저 산 쳐다본다. 도움이 어디에서 오는가?	I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2	하늘과 땅을 만드신 분, 야훼에게서 나의 구원은 오는구나.	My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3	네 발이 헛디딜까 야훼, 너를 지키시며 졸지 아니하시리라.	He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4	이스라엘을 지키시는 이, 졸지 않고 잠들지도 아니하신다.	Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5	야훼는 너의 그늘, 너를 지키시는 이, 야훼께서 네 오른편에 서 계신다.	The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6	낮의 해가 너를 해치지 않고 밤의 달이 너를 해치지 못하리라.	The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7	야훼께서 너를 모든 재앙에서 지켜주시고 네 목숨을 지키시리라.	The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8	떠날 때에도 돌아올 때에도 너를 항상 지켜주시리라, 이제로부터 영원히.	The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
