| 1 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ရန်သူတို့သည်၊ အလွန်တိုးပွါး၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့သည် များကြပါ၏။ | Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. |
| 2 | သူသည်ဘုရားသခင်ကို အမှီပြု၍ချမ်းသာမရဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရည်ဆောင်၍ ပြောသောသူ အများ ရှိကြပါ၏။ | Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. |

| 6 | ငါ့ကိုရန်ဘက်ပြု၍ ဝန်းရံသော သူအထောင် အသောင်းကို ငါမကြောက်ဘဲနေမည်။ | I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about. |
| 7 | အိုထာဝရဘုရားထတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်မတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့၏ ပါးရိုးကိုရိုက်၍၊ မတရား သောသူတို့၏ သွားကိုချိုးတော်မူ၏။ | Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly. |
