| 1 | ဘမ်းသွားချုပ်ထားသော ဇိအုန်သားတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ပြန်လာစေတော်မူသောအခါ၊ ငါတို့သည် အိပ်မက်သောသူကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ | When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. |
| 2 | ထိုအခါ ငါတို့နှုတ်သည် ရယ်ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း၊ ငါတို့ လျှာသည် သီချင်းဆိုခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်ဝ၏။ တပါးအမျိုး သားတို့ကလည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့အဘို့ ကြီးသောအမှုကို ပြုတော်မူပြီဟု ဆိုကြ၏။ | Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them. |

| 5 | မျက်ရည်ကျလျက် မျိုးစေ့ကြဲသောသူတို့သည် ရွှင်လန်းလျက် စပါးရိတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. |
| 6 | မျက်ရည်ကျလျက် ကြဲရန် မျိုးစေ့ကို ဆောင်၍ ထွက်သွားသော သူသည်၊ ကောက်လှိုင်းများကို ဆောင် လျက် ရွှင်လန်းသောစိတ်နှင့် အမှန်ပြန်လာလိမ့်မည်။ | He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. |
