| 1 | ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခိုလှုံသော သူတို့သည် မတုန် မလှုပ်၊ အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သော ဇိအုန်တောင်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ ၏။ | They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. |
| 2 | တောင်ရိုးတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ဝန်းရံ သကဲ့သို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူတို့ကို ယခုမှစ၍၊ ကာလအစဉ်မပြတ်ဝန်းရံတော်မူ၏။ | As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever. |
| 3 | ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြုသော အခွင့်မရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ လှံတံသည် ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့၏ အမွေခံရာအဘို့အပေါ်မှာ မတည်မနေရ။ | For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity. |

| 5 | ကောက်သောလမ်းများသို့ လွှဲသွားသော သူတို့ ကိုကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မတရားသဖြင့်ပြုသော သူတို့နှင့်အတူ ထုတ်သွားတော်မူမည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး ၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသော။ | As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel. |
