| 2 | အို ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၊ သင်၏တံခါးတို့အတွင်း၌ ငါတို့သည်ရပ်၍ နေကြလိမ့်မည်။ | Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. |
| 3 | ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သည် စေ့စပ်သော မြို့ကဲ့သို့ တည်၏။ | Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together: |
| 4 | အမျိုးအနွှယ်တို့သည် ထိုမြို့သို့တက်ကြ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး ထုံးစံရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမျိုးအနွယ်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းငှါ တက်သွားကြ၏။ | Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord. |
| 5 | ထိုမြို့၌ တရားစီရင်ရာပလ္လင်၊ ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းမျိုး၏ ရာဇပလ္လင်တို့ သည်တည်ကြ၏။ | For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. |
| 6 | ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ ငြိမ်ဝပ်မည်အကြောင်း ဆု တောင်းကြလော့။ ထိုမြို့ကို မြတ်နိုးစုံမက်သော သူတို့သည် ချမ်းသာရကြပါစေသော။ | Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. |
| 7 | သင်၏မြို့ရိုးအတွင်း၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း၊ သင်၏ဘုံ ဗိမာန်တို့၌ ချမ်းသာခြင်းရှိပါစေသော။ | Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. |
| 8 | သင်၌ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်းရှိပါစေသောဟု ငါသည် ညီအစ်ကိုအတွက်၊ အဆွေခင်ပွန်းတို့အတွက် ပြောဆို ပါမည်။ | For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. |
