| 1 | われ山にむかひて目をあぐ わが扶助はいづこよりきたるや | I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. |
| 2 | わがたすけは天地をつくりたまへるヱホバよりきたる | My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. |
| 3 | ヱホバはなんぢの足のうごかさるるを容したまはず 汝をまもるものは微睡たまふことなし | He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. |
| 4 | 視よイスラエルを守りたまふものは微睡こともなく寝ることもなからん | Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. |
| 5 | ヱホバは汝をまもる者なり ヱホバはなんぢの右手をおほふ蔭なり | The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. |
| 6 | ひるは日なんぢをうたず夜は月なんぢを傷じ | The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. |
| 7 | ヱホバはなんぢを守りてもろもろの禍害をまぬかれしめ並なんぢの霊魂をまもりたまはん | The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. |
| 8 | ヱホバは今よりとこしへにいたるまで 汝のいづると入るとをまもりたまはん | The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. |
