| 1 | 兄弟よ、もし人の罪を認むることあらば、御靈に感じたる者、柔和なる心をもて之を正すべし、且おのおの自ら省みよ、恐らくは己も誘はるる事あらん。 | Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. |
| 2 | なんぢら互に重を負へ、而してキリストの律法を全うせよ。 | Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. |
| 3 | 人もし有ること無くして自ら有りとせば、是みづから欺くなり。 | For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. |
| 4 | 各自おのが行爲を驗し見よ、さらば誇るところは他にあらで、ただ己にあらん。 | But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. |
| 5 | 各自おのが荷を負ふべければなり。 | For every man shall bear his own burden. |
| 6 | 御言を教へらるる人は、教ふる人と凡ての善き物を共にせよ。 | Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. |
| 7 | 自ら欺くな、神は侮るべき者にあらず、人の播く所は、その刈る所とならん。 | Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. |
| 8 | 己が肉のために播く者は肉によりて滅亡を刈りとり、御靈のために播く者は御靈によりて永遠の生命を刈りとらん。 | For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. |
| 9 | われら善をなすに倦まざれ、もし撓まずば、時いたりて刈り取るべし。 | And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. |
| 10 | この故に機に隨ひて、凡ての人、殊に信仰の家族に善をおこなへ。 | As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. |
| 11 | 視よ、われ手づから如何に大なる文字にて汝らに書き贈るかを。 | Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand. |
| 12 | 凡そ肉において美しき外觀をなさんと欲する者は、汝らに割禮を強ふ。これ唯キリストの十字架の故によりて責められざらん爲のみ。 | As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. |
| 13 | そは割禮をうくる者すら自ら律法を守らず、而も汝らに割禮をうけしめんと欲するは、汝らの肉につきて誇らんが爲なり。 | For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. |
| 14 | されど我には、我らの主イエス・キリストの十字架のほかに誇る所あらざれ。之によりて世は我に對して十字架につけられたり、我が世に對するも亦 然り。 | But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. |
| 15 | それ割禮を受くるも受けぬも、共に數ふるに足らず、ただ貴きは新に造らるる事なり。 | For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. |
| 16 | 此の法に循ひて歩む凡ての者の上に、神のイスラエルの上に、平安と憐憫とあれ。 | And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. |
| 17 | 今よりのち誰も我を煩はすな、我はイエスの印を身に佩びたるなり。 | From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. |
| 18 | 兄弟よ、願はくは我らの主イエス・キリストの恩惠、なんぢらの靈とともに在らんことを、アァメン。 | Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. Unto the Galatians written from Rome. |
