절Gothic (Nehemiah NT Portions)King James Version
𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐍉𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌹𐌺 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃. Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌿𐌸~𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃, 𐌱𐍂𐍉𐌸𐍂𐌾𐌿𐍃, 𐌸𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌾𐌿𐌸, 𐌾𐌰𐍃~𐍃𐍅𐌰𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐍆𐌰𐌻𐌷 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃, 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌱𐌿𐍃𐌽𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌹𐌸. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌿𐌸~𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐍅𐌹𐍄𐌰𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌻𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌶𐌴 𐌰𐌱𐌽𐌴 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌸 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍄; 𐌹𐌸 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌸 𐌵𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽𐍃 𐌰𐌱𐌰; 𐌹𐌸 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌸 𐍇𐍂𐌹𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐍃 𐌲𐌿𐌸. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
𐍈𐌰𐌶𐌿𐌷 𐌰𐌱𐌽𐌴 𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌺𐍉𐌸 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌸 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
𐌹𐌸 𐍈𐍉𐌷 𐌵𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽𐍉 𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐍀𐍂𐌰𐌿𐍆𐌴𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌳𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌺𐍉𐌸 𐌷𐌰𐌿𐌱𐌹𐌸 𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽; 𐌰𐌹𐌽 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍃𐌰𐌼𐍉 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹 𐌱𐌹𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍉𐌽. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐌽𐌹 𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐌵𐌹𐌽𐍉, 𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌰𐌿; 𐌹𐌸 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌲𐌻 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌵𐌹𐌽𐍉𐌽 𐌳𐌿 𐌺𐌰𐍀𐌹𐌻𐌻𐍉𐌽 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐍃𐌺𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽, 𐌲𐌰𐌷𐌿𐌻𐌾𐌰𐌹 . . . . For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
— For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
— For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
— Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
— For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
— Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
— For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.
— Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?
— Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
— But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
— But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
— Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.
— For first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it.
— For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.
— When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord’s supper.
. . . . (𐍃𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼)𐌼𐌰 𐍆𐌰𐌿𐍂𐍃𐌽𐌹𐍅𐌹𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍃𐌿𐌼𐍃 𐌲𐍂𐌴𐌳𐌰𐌲𐍃 𐍃𐌿𐌼𐌶𐌿𐌸~𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌳𐍂𐌿𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌹𐍃𐍄. For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
𐌹𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌳𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌽𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌽 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌽? 𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐌰𐌹𐌺𐌺𐌻𐌴𐍃𐌾𐍉𐌽 𐌲𐌿𐌳𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌺𐌿𐌽𐌽𐌿𐌸, 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌲𐌰𐌰𐌹𐍅𐌹𐍃𐌺𐍉𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌽𐍃? 𐍈𐌰 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃? 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌰𐌿 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃? 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌽𐌹 𐌷𐌰𐌶𐌾𐌰. What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌹𐌺 𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌽𐌰𐌼 𐌰𐍄 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐌽𐌰𐍆𐌰𐌻𐌷 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌴𐌹 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌰 𐌹𐌴𐍃𐌿𐍃 𐌹𐌽 𐌸𐌹𐌶𐌰𐌹𐌴𐌹 𐌽𐌰𐌷𐍄 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌴𐍅𐌹𐌸𐍃 𐍅𐌰𐍃, 𐌽𐌰𐌼 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍆 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌰𐍅𐌹𐌻𐌹𐌿𐌳𐍉𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐍂𐌰𐌺 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌵𐌰𐌸: 𐌽𐌹𐌼𐌹𐌸, 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌹𐌸, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽, 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌰𐍂𐌰 𐌲𐌰𐌱𐍂𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌽𐍉; 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌹. And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
𐍃𐍅𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐌰𐌼𐌰𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐍉 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌻 𐌰𐍆𐌰𐍂 𐌽𐌰𐌷𐍄𐌰𐌼𐌰𐍄 𐌵𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃: 𐍃𐌰 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌻𐍃 𐍃𐍉 𐌽𐌹𐌿𐌾𐍉 𐍄𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌲𐍅𐌰 𐌹𐍃𐍄 𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌼𐌼𐌰 𐌱𐌻𐍉𐌸𐌰; 𐌸𐌰𐍄𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌿𐍂𐌺𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐌿𐍆𐍄𐌰 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌳𐌿 𐌼𐌴𐌹𐌽𐌰𐌹 𐌲𐌰𐌼𐌿𐌽𐌳𐌰𐌹. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐌿𐍆𐍄𐌰 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐍃𐍅𐌴 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍆 𐌾𐌰𐌸~𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌻 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌳𐌰𐌿𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌲𐌰𐌺𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌾𐌰𐌹𐌸, 𐌿𐌽𐍄𐌴 𐌵𐌹𐌼𐌰𐌹. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.
𐌴𐌹𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐍈𐌰𐌶𐌿𐌷 𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌹𐌸 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐍆 𐌰𐌹𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌿 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌽𐌰 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌻 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌱𐌰 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃, 𐍃𐌺𐌿𐌻𐌰 𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌹𐌸 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐍃 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌱𐌻𐍉𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
𐌰𐌸𐌸𐌰𐌽 𐌲𐌰𐌺𐌹𐌿𐍃𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌺 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌽𐌰 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐍃𐍅𐌰 𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐌷𐌻𐌰𐌹𐌱𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌰𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌸~𐌸𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐍄𐌹𐌺𐌻𐌹𐍃 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌰𐌹. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
𐍃𐌰𐌴𐌹 𐌰𐌿𐌺 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌹𐌸 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌳𐍂𐌹𐌲𐌺𐌹𐌸 𐌿𐌽𐍅𐌰𐌹𐍂𐌸𐌰𐌱𐌰, 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌰 𐍃𐌹𐍃 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌹𐌽 𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌾𐌹𐌸 , 𐌽𐌹 𐌳𐍉𐌼𐌾𐌰𐌽𐌳𐍃 𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺 𐍆𐍂𐌰𐌿𐌾𐌹𐌽𐍃. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
𐌳𐌿𐌸𐌸𐌴 𐌹𐌽 𐌹𐌶𐍅𐌹𐍃 𐌼𐌰𐌽𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌿𐌺𐌰𐌹 𐌾𐌰𐌷 𐌿𐌽𐌷𐌰𐌹𐌻𐌰𐌹, 𐌾𐌰𐌲~𐌲𐌰𐍃𐌻𐌴𐍀𐌰𐌽𐌳 𐌲𐌰𐌽𐍉𐌷𐌰𐌹. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
𐌹𐌸 𐌾𐌰𐌱𐌰𐌹 𐍃𐌹𐌻𐌱𐌰𐌽𐍃 𐌿𐌽𐍃 𐍃𐍄𐌰𐌿𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌴𐌹𐌼𐌰, 𐌽𐌹 𐌸𐌰𐌿 . . . . For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
— But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
— Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.
— And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
