절	Good News Translation (1992)	King James Version
1	In Praise of Jerusalem I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the Lord's house.”	I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.
2	And now we are here, standing inside the gates of Jerusalem!	Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
3	Jerusalem is a city restored in beautiful order and harmony.	Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
4	This is where the tribes come, the tribes of Israel, to give thanks to the Lord according to his command.	Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord.
5	Here the kings of Israel sat to judge their people.	For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
6	Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you prosper.	Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
7	May there be peace inside your walls and safety in your palaces.”	Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
8	For the sake of my relatives and friends I say to Jerusalem, “Peace be with you!”	For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
9	For the sake of the house of the Lord our God I pray for your prosperity.	Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek thy good.
