| 2 | Perciocchè il Signore è l’Altissimo, il Tremendo, Gran Re sopra tutta la terra. | For the Lord most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. |
| 3 | Egli ridurrà i popoli sotto noi, E la nazioni sotto i nostri piedi. | He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet. |
| 4 | Egli ci ha scelta la nostra eredità, La gloria di Giacobbe, il quale egli ama. Sela. | He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah. |
| 5 | Iddio è salito con giubilo, Il Signore è salito con suono di trombe. | God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. |
