| 4 | 你們念了，就 能 曉得 我 深知 基督 的奧祕。 | Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) |
| 5 | 這奧祕 在以前的 世代 沒有 叫人 知道，像 如今 藉著 聖靈 啟示 他的 聖 使徒 和 先知一樣。 | Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; |

| 8 | 我 本來比眾 聖徒 中最小的還小，然而他還賜 我這 恩典，叫我把基督 那測不透的 豐富 傳給 外邦人， | Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; |
| 9 | 又 使眾 人都明白，這 歷代 以來隱藏 在 創造 萬物之 神 裡的奧祕 是如何安排的， | And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: |
| 10 | 為要藉著 教會 使 天上 執政的、 掌權的，現在得知 神 百般的 智慧。 | To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, |
| 11 | 這是照 神從萬世 以前， 在 我們 主 基督 耶穌 裡所定的旨意。 | According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: |
| 12 | 我們因 信 耶穌，就在 他 裡面放膽無懼， 篤信不疑地 來到 神面前。 | In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. |
| 13 | 所以，我求 你們不要 因 我 為 你們 所受的患難 喪膽，這 原是 你們的 榮耀。 | Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. |
| 14 | 因此，我在 父 面前屈 膝， | For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, |
| 15 | （天上 地上 的各（或譯：全）家，都是從 他 得名。） | Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, |
| 16 | 求他按著 他 豐盛的 榮耀，藉著 他的 靈，叫 你們 心裡 的力量 剛強起來， | That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; |
| 17 | 使基督 因 你們的信，住 在 你們 心裡，叫你們的 愛心 有根 有基， | That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, |
| 18 | 能以 和 眾 聖徒 一同明白 基督的愛是何等 長 闊 高 深， | May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; |
| 19 | 並 知道 這愛 是過於 人所能測度的，便叫 神 一切 所充滿的，充滿了你們。 | And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. |
| 20 | 神能 照著 運行 在 我們 心裡的大力 充充足足地成就 一切， 超過 我們所求 所想的。 | Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, |
| 21 | 但願他 在 教會中，並 在 基督 耶穌裡，得著榮耀，直到 世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！ | Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. |
