| 2 | 十二 使徒叫 眾 門徒來，對他們說：「我們 撇下 神 的道 去管理 飯食，原是 不 合宜的。 | Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. |
| 3 | 所以 弟兄們，當從 你們 中間選出 七個 有好名聲、被聖靈 充滿、 智慧 充足的人，我們就派 他們 管理 這 事。 | Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. |

| 12 | 他們又 聳動 了百姓、 長老，並 文士，就 忽然來 捉拿 他， 把他帶 到 公會去， | And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council, |
| 13 | 設下 假 見證，說：「這個 人 說話，不住地 糟踐 聖 所 和 律法。 | And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law: |
| 14 | 我們曾聽見 他 說， 這 拿撒勒人 耶穌 要毀壞 此 地，也 要改變 摩西 所交 給我們 的規條。」 | For we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us. |
| 15 | 在 公會 裡坐著 的人都定睛看 他，見 他 的面貌，好像 天使 的面貌。 | And all that sat in the council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel. |
