1 耶穌和門徒將近 耶路撒冷， 到了 伯法其，在 橄欖 山那裡。 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,
2 耶穌就 打發兩個門徒，對他們 說：「你們 往 對面 村子 裡去， 必 看見 一匹驢 拴在那裡，還有 驢駒 同在一處；你們解開，牽 到我這裡來。 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
3 若 有人 對你們 說 甚麼，你們就說：『主 要 用 牠。』 那人必立時 讓你們牽來。 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.
4 這事 成就 是要 應驗 先知 的話，說： All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
5 要對錫安的居民（原文是女子）說：看哪，你的 王 來到 你這裡，是溫柔的，又 騎著 驢，就是 騎著 驢 駒 子。」 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
6 門徒 就 照 耶穌 所吩咐 的去 行， And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,
7 牽了 驢 和 驢駒來， 把自己的衣服 搭 在上面， 耶穌就騎 上。 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.
8 眾人 多半 把 衣服 鋪 在 路上；還 有人 砍下 樹 枝 來 鋪 在 路上。 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
9 前行 後隨 的眾人 喊著 說：和散那（原有求救的意思，在此是稱頌的話）歸於大衛的 子孫！奉 主 名 來 的是應當稱頌的！高高 在上 和散那！ And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
10 耶穌 既 進了 耶路撒冷，合 城 都驚動了，說：「這 是 誰？」 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
11 眾人 說：「這 是 加利利 拿撒勒 的先知 耶穌。」 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
12 耶穌 進了 神的殿， 趕出 殿 裡 一切 做買 賣的人， 推倒 兌換銀錢之人 的桌子，和 賣 鴿子 之人的凳子， And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
13 對他們 說：「經上記著說：我的 殿 必稱為 禱告 的殿，你們 倒 使它 成為 賊 窩了。」 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
14 在 殿 裡有瞎子、 瘸子 到 耶穌跟前，他就 治好了 他們。 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.
15 祭司長 和 文士 看見 耶穌所 行 的奇事，又 見小孩子 在 殿 裡喊著 說：「和散那 歸於大衛的 子孫！」就甚惱怒， And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,
16 對他 說：「這些人 所 說的，你聽見了嗎？」 耶穌 說：「是的。經上說『你從 嬰孩 和 吃奶的 口 中完全了 讚美』的話，你們沒有 念過嗎？」 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
17 於是 離開 他們，出 城 到 伯大尼 去， 在那裡 住宿。 And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany; and he lodged there.
18 早晨 回 城的時候，他餓了， Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.
19 看見 路 旁 有一棵 無花果樹，就走 到 跟前， 在 樹 上找 不著甚麼，不過 有葉子，就 對樹 說：「從今以後， 你 永 不 結 果子。」那無花果樹 就 立刻 枯乾了。 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.
20 門徒 看見了，便希奇 說：「無花果樹 怎麼 立刻 枯乾了呢？」 And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!
21 耶穌 回答 說：「我實在 告訴 你們，你們若 有 信心， 不 疑惑，不 但 能行 無花果樹上所行的事，就是 對這座 山 說：『你挪開此地， 投 在 海裡！』也必成就。 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
22 你們禱告，無論 求 甚麼，只要信，就必得著。」 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
23 耶穌 進了 殿，正教訓人的時候，祭司長 和 民間 的長老 來 問他 說：「你仗著 甚麼 權柄 做 這些事？ 給 你 這 權柄 的是誰呢？」 And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
24 耶穌 回答 說：「我也要 問 你們 一句 話， 你們若 告訴 我，我就 告訴 你們 我仗著 甚麼 權柄 做 這些事。 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
25 約翰的 洗禮 是 從哪裡來的？是從 天上來的？ 是從 人間來的呢？」 他們彼此 商議 說：「我們若 說『從 天上來』，他必對我們 說：『這樣，你們為甚麼 不 信 他呢？』 The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?
26 若 說『從 人間來』，我們又怕 百姓，因為 他們都 以 約翰 為 先知。」 But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet.
27 於是 回答 耶穌 說：「我們不 知道。」 耶穌 說：「我 也不 告訴 你們 我仗著 甚麼 權柄 做 這些事。」 And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.
28 又說：「一個人 有 兩個 兒子。 他來 對大兒子 說：『我兒，你今天 到 葡萄園 裡去 做工。』 But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.
29 他回答 說：『我不去』， 以後 自己懊悔，就去了。 He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went.
30 又 來 對小兒子 也是這樣 說。 他回答 說：『父啊，我去』，他卻 不 去。 And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not.
31 你們想， 這兩個 兒子是哪一個 遵行 父 命呢？」他們說：「大兒子。」耶穌 說：「我實在 告訴 你們， 稅吏 和 娼妓 倒比你們 先 進 神的 國。 Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.
32 因為 約翰 遵著 義 路 到 你們 這裡來，你們卻 不 信 他；稅吏 和 娼妓 倒 信 他。 你們 看見了，後來 還是不 懊悔 去信 他。」 For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.
33 「你們再聽 一個 比喻：有 個 家主 栽了 一個葡萄園， 周圍圈上 籬笆， 裡面 挖了 一個壓酒池， 蓋了 一座樓， 租給 園戶，就 往外國去了。 Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:
34 收果子 的時候 近了，就打發 僕人 到 園戶 那裡去收 果子。 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.
35 園戶 拿住 僕人，打了 一個， 殺了 一個， 用石頭打死 一個。 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
36 主人又 打發 別的 僕人去，比先前 更多；園戶還是 照樣 待 他們。 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.
37 後來 打發 他的 兒子 到 他們那裡去，意思說：『他們必尊敬 我的 兒子。』 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.
38 不料，園戶 看見 他兒子，就彼此 說：『這 是 承受產業的。來吧，我們殺 他， 佔 他的 產業！』 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.
39 他們就 拿住 他，推出 葡萄園 外， 殺了。 And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.
40 園 主 來 的時候 要怎樣 處治 這些 園戶呢？」 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?
41 他們說：「要下毒手 除滅 那些 惡人， 將葡萄園 另 租給 那 按著 時候 交 果子 的園戶。」 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.
42 耶穌 說：「經 上寫著：匠人 所 棄的 石頭 已作了 房角 的頭塊石頭。這 是 主 所做的， 在 我們 眼 中看為 希奇。這經你們沒有 念過嗎？ Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
43 所以 我告訴 你們， 神 的國 必從 你們 奪去， 賜給 那能結 果子 的百姓。 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
44 誰掉 在 這 石頭上，必要跌碎； 這石頭掉 在 誰的身上，就要把誰 砸得稀爛。」 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
45 祭司長 和 法利賽人 聽見 他的 比喻，就看出 他是指著 他們 說的。 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.
46 他們想要 捉拿 他，只是怕 眾人，因為 眾人以 他 為 先知。 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
