| 2 | 若爾聞上帝爲爾之故、賜我頒恩之職、 | If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: |
| 3 | 我由啟示得識奧祕、如前所畧書者、 | How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, |
| 4 | 爾曹讀之、可知我洞悉基督之奧祕、 | Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) |
| 5 | 先世未嘗示人、今則以神啟示聖徒及先知矣、 | Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; |
| 6 | 卽異邦人同爲嗣子、同其肢體、且由福音共與所許、在基督耶穌中者、 | That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: |
| 7 | 我爲福音之役、乃依上帝所賜之恩、此恩乃依其能之功用而賜我也、 | Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. |
| 8 | 我在聖徒中、乃微之又微者、尚蒙此恩、俾以基督莫測之富有、宣諸異邦、 | Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; |
| 9 | 令衆咸知此頒布之奧祕、卽歷世隱於創造萬有之上帝者、 | And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: |
| 10 | 致在天諸執政者、操權者、今由教會知上帝智備萬殊、 | To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, |
| 11 | 乃依其永旨、在我主基督耶穌中所定者、 | According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: |
| 12 | 於彼也、我儕由信而果敢、毅然而謁上帝、 | In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. |
| 13 | 故我求爾、勿以我爲爾受難而疲憊、斯乃爾榮、○ | Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. |
| 14 | 緣此、我屈膝於父前、 | For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, |
| 15 | 卽在天在地諸家、所由得名者、 | Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, |
| 16 | 求依其榮之富有、俾由厥神、以其能而剛健乃衷、 | That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; |
| 17 | 致基督因信而居爾心、使爾根基於愛、 | That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, |
| 18 | 得與諸聖徒克識其長闊高深、 | May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; |
| 19 | 且知基督莫測之愛、得乎上帝所充者而充焉、○ | And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. |
| 20 | 夫上帝能行者、越乎我儕所求所思、依其運行於我儕之能也、 | Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, |
| 21 | 願在教會、亦在基督耶穌、以榮歸之、永世靡曁、阿們、 | Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. |
