| 1 | 上帝歟、尚其憫我、人欲噬我、終日攻我虐我兮、 | Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me. |
| 2 | 我敵終日欲噬我、傲然攻我者衆多兮、 | Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou most High. |
| 3 | 我恐懼時、惟爾是恃、 | What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. |
| 4 | 我恃上帝、而頌其言、我恃上帝、而不恐懼、血氣之人、其奈我何兮、 | In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. |
| 5 | 彼終日反我言、對我所思、皆屬邪惡兮、 | Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil. |
| 6 | 集而潛伏、察我行蹤、伺隙以害我命兮、 | They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul. |
| 7 | 恃惡豈能免罰、上帝歟、尚其發怒、傾覆斯族兮、 | Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God. |
| 8 | 我屢流離、爾盡數之、祈以我淚貯於爾囊、非悉錄於爾册乎、 | Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? |
| 9 | 我呼籲時、敵必却退、上帝佑我、我所知兮、 | When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me. |
| 10 | 我恃上帝、而頌其言、我恃耶和華、而頌其言兮、 | In God will I praise his word: in the Lord will I praise his word. |
| 11 | 我恃上帝、而不恐懼、世人其奈我何兮、 | In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me. |
| 12 | 上帝歟、我負所許之願、必獻酬恩之祭於爾兮、 | Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee. |
| 13 | 蓋爾拯我魂於死亡、豈不佑我足、不至顚蹶、俾我行於生命光中、在上帝前兮、 | For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living? |
