| 1 | 我上帝歟、我心慕爾、如麀之慕溪水兮、 | As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. |
| 2 | 我心渴想上帝、卽維生之上帝、何時詣上帝前、而覲之兮、 | My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God? |
| 3 | 我晝夜飲泣、人恆詰我曰、爾上帝安在兮、 | My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God? |
| 4 | 我昔與衆偕行、以歡頌之聲、引詣上帝室、而守節期、今追憶之、我心傷悲兮、 | When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday. |
| 5 | 我心何爲而抑鬱、中懷何爲而煩擾、企望上帝、彼和顏而施救、我仍頌之兮、○ | Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance. |
| 6 | 我上帝歟、我心抑鬱於中、故由約但地、黑門嶺、米薩山、記憶爾兮、 | O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar. |
| 7 | 爾之瀑布發聲、淵淵相應、爾之波濤、淹沒我身兮、 | Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. |
| 8 | 惟耶和華晝施慈惠、夜則其歌在於我口、而禱賜我生命之上帝兮、 | Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. |
| 9 | 我向上帝我磐石曰、爾何爲忘我、我何爲因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、 | I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? |
| 10 | 我敵謗凟、如碎我骨、恆謂我曰、爾上帝安在兮、 | As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God? |
