| 1 | 耶和華歟、勿發忿以譴我、勿震怒以懲我、 | O Lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | 蓋爾矢及我、爾手壓我兮、 | For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore. |
| 3 | 因爾忿怒、我體無健、因我罪戾、我骨弗安、 | There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin. |
| 4 | 我罪滅頂、如重任難勝兮、 | For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me. |
| 5 | 因我愚昧、我創臭潰兮、 | My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness. |
| 6 | 我偃僂而拳曲、終日悲哀兮、 | I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long. |
| 7 | 我腰遍受灼炙、我體無健兮、 | For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh. |
| 8 | 身疲創劇、中心弗安、而呻吟兮、 | I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart. |
| 9 | 主歟、我之願欲、悉陳於爾、我之欷歔、無隱於爾、 | Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. |
| 10 | 我心怦怦、我力疲憊、目光散失兮、 | My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me. |
| 11 | 我遘惡疾、友朋遠離、親屬遙立兮、 | My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off. |
| 12 | 索取我命者設網罟、謀害我躬者出惡言、終日籌思詭計兮、 | They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long. |
| 13 | 我如聾者不聞聲、瘖者不啟口、 | But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth. |
| 14 | 其耳無聞、其口無辯兮、 | Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs. |
| 15 | 耶和華歟、我企望爾、我主上帝必應之兮、 | For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God. |
| 16 | 我曰、恐彼爲我而誇、我失足時、彼乃夸大兮、 | For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me. |
| 17 | 我幾顚躓、憂苦常在我前兮、 | For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me. |
| 18 | 我必述我愆尤、憂我罪戾兮、 | For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin. |
| 19 | 我敵敏捷壯強、妄憾我者、實繁有徒兮、 | But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied. |
| 20 | 以惡報善者、爲我之敵、緣我惟善是從兮、 | They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is. |
| 21 | 耶和華歟、勿棄我、我上帝歟、勿遠我、 | Forsake me not, O Lord: O my God, be not far from me. |
| 22 | 主歟、我之拯救、其速助我兮、 | Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation. |
