| 2 | 其心無詐、耶和華不以爲有罪、斯人其有福兮、 | Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. |
| 3 | 我緘默時、終日欷歔、我骨衰殘兮、 | When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. |
| 4 | 爾手朝夕壓我、精液消耗、有如夏日暵其乾兮、○ | For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. |
| 5 | 我陳己罪、不匿己惡、謂向耶和華認過犯、爾則赦我罪惡兮、 | I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. |
| 6 | 因此敬虔之士、宜乘可尋之際禱爾、大水氾濫、必不相及兮、 | For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. |
| 7 | 爾爲我避所、脫我於難、環以拯救之歌兮、○ | Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. |
| 8 | 我將訓爾、示爾當由之路、我目注爾、而勸戒兮、 | I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. |
| 9 | 勿效騾馬之無知、必以羈勒之轡制之、否則不馴兮、 | Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. |
| 10 | 惡人多遭憂苦、惟恃耶和華者、慈惠周匝兮、 | Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about. |
| 11 | 爾義人當緣耶和華、歡欣悅懌、心正者因樂而呼兮、 | Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. |
