| 1 | 耶和華歟、聽我祈禱、傾耳聽我懇求、以信義俞允我兮、 | Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. |
| 2 | 勿行鞫於爾僕、依爾視之、在世無一義人兮、 | And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified. |
| 3 | 仇敵迫我、傾我於地、俾我處於幽暗、如久死之人兮、 | For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead. |
| 4 | 我神昏憒、我心悽慘兮、 | Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate. |
| 5 | 我追憶昔日、思爾經綸、默念爾手所爲兮、 | I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands. |
| 6 | 向爾舉手、中心望爾、如槁壤之望雨兮、 | I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. |
| 7 | 耶和華歟、其速允我、我神疲憊、勿向我掩面、免我同於就墓之人兮、 | Hear me speedily, O Lord: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit. |
| 8 | 我惟爾是恃、俾於清晨得聞慈言、我心仰爾、示我當行之路兮、 | Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee. |
| 9 | 耶和華歟、援我於敵、我逃匿於爾兮、 | Deliver me, O Lord, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me. |
| 10 | 爾爲我上帝、尚其訓我以行爾志、爾神乃善、祈導我於安平之地兮、 | Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness. |
| 11 | 耶和華歟、緣爾名而甦我、以爾義出我於難兮、 | Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble. |
