| 1 | 耶和華我磐石、宜頌美之、彼訓我手以戰、教我指以鬬兮、 | Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: |
| 2 | 爲我慈惠、我保障、我高臺、我救者、我干盾、我所託庇、使我民服於我兮、 | My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me. |
| 3 | 耶和華歟、世人爲誰、爾乃念之、人子爲誰、爾乃顧之、 | Lord, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him! |
| 4 | 世人如氣息、其日如影迅逝兮、 | Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away. |
| 5 | 耶和華歟、爾其垂諸天而臨格、捫山嶽而煙騰兮、 | Bow thy heavens, O Lord, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke. |
| 6 | 閃電以潰敵、發矢以亂之兮、 | Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them. |
| 7 | 自上伸手以拯我、援我於巨浸、及外族之手兮、 | Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children; |
| 8 | 彼口言誑、右手爲僞兮、 | Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood. |
| 9 | 上帝歟、我謳新歌、以十絃琴歌頌爾兮、 | I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee. |
| 10 | 爾乃拯救諸王、援僕大衞、脫於兇刃兮、 | It is he that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword. |
| 11 | 爾其援我、脫於外族之手、彼口言誑、右手爲僞兮、○ | Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood: |
| 12 | 日後我之少男、如長成之樹、我之女子、如屋隅之石、依宮殿之式而雕鏤兮、 | That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace: |
| 13 | 我倉豐盈、可發百穀、我羊在野、孳息萬千、 | That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets: |
| 14 | 我牛負重、敵不來侵、我不出禦、街衢無號呼兮、 | That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets. |
| 15 | 民際斯況、其有福矣、以耶和華爲上帝、斯民其有福兮、 | Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord. |
