| 1 | 兄弟乎、我平昔與爾言、非視爾爲屬靈者、乃如屬形軀者、在基督中之赤子、 | And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. |
| 2 | 我曾哺爾以乳、不以糧、因爾素未能食、今仍未能也、 | I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. |
| 3 | 蓋爾尚屬形軀、爾中有媢嫉爭鬬、豈非屬形軀、效世人而行乎、 | For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? |
| 4 | 或言我宗保羅、或言我宗亞波羅、爾曹非若世人乎、 | For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? |
| 5 | 亞波羅爲誰、保羅爲誰、無非執事、各依主之所賜、俾爾因之而信耳、 | Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? |
| 6 | 我樹之、亞波羅灌之、惟上帝長之、 | I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. |
| 7 | 是以樹者灌者皆無足數、惟長之之上帝而已、 | So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. |
| 8 | 樹者灌者一也、各因其勞而得值、 | Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. |
| 9 | 蓋我儕乃與上帝同勞者、爾曹爲上帝之田、上帝之室、○ | For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building. |
| 10 | 我依上帝所賜之恩、猶良工師置基、而他人建於其上、惟當各愼其如何建耳、 | According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. |
| 11 | 蓋所置之基、卽耶穌基督也、此外無能置他基者、 | For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. |
| 12 | 若有人以金銀寶石、草木禾稿、建於基上、 | Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; |
| 13 | 各工必顯、至日乃彰、蓋以火昭著、各工如何、火必驗之、 | Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. |
| 14 | 人於其上所建之工若存、則將得值、 | If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. |
| 15 | 若焚、則將受損、惟己得救、有若脫於火焉、○ | If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. |
| 16 | 豈不知爾乃上帝殿、上帝之神居爾衷乎、 | Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? |
| 17 | 人毀上帝殿、上帝必毀之、蓋上帝殿乃聖、爾曹是也、○ | If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. |
| 18 | 勿自欺、爾中或於斯世自以爲智者、則當爲愚以成智、 | Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. |
| 19 | 蓋斯世之智、於上帝爲愚、記有之、主令智者自中其詭計、 | For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. |
| 20 | 又曰、主知智者之意念爲虛、 | And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. |
| 21 | 是故勿以人而誇、蓋萬物屬爾、 | Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; |
| 22 | 無論保羅、亞波羅、磯法、世界生死、今時來時、皆屬於爾、 | Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; |
| 23 | 爾屬基督、基督屬上帝、 | And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s. |
