시편 11편 World English Bible
World English Bible · 영어 · 시편 (Psalms) · 7절 · 대역: King James Version
| 절 | World English Bible | King James Version |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | In Yahweh, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain!” | In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain? |
| 2 | For, behold, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart. | For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart. |
| 3 | If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do? | If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? |
| 4 | Yahweh is in his holy temple. Yahweh is on his throne in heaven. His eyes observe. His eyes examine the children of men. | The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. |
| 5 | Yahweh examines the righteous, but the wicked and him who loves violence his soul hates. | The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. |
| 6 | On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup. | Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup. |
| 7 | For Yahweh is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face. | For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright. |
