Deus deorum Dominus locutus est et vocavit terrama solis ortu usque ad occasum Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:

psalmus Asaph
ex Sion species decoris eius
Both low and high, rich and poor, together.
Deus manifeste veniet Deus noster et non silebit ignis in conspectu eius exardescet et in circuitu eius tempestas valida My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
advocabit caelum desursum et terram discernere populum suum I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.
congregate illi sanctos eius qui ordinant testamentum eius super sacrificia Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?
et adnuntiabunt caeli iustitiam eius quoniam Deus iudex est diapsalma They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
audi populus meus et loquar tibi Israhel et testificabor tibi Deus Deus tuus ego sum None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
non in sacrificiis tuis arguam te holocausta autem tua in conspectu meo sunt semper (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)
non accipiam de domo tua vitulos neque de gregibus tuis hircos That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.
quoniam meae sunt omnes ferae silvarum iumenta in montibus et boves For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.
cognovi omnia volatilia caeli et pulchritudo agri mecum est Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.
si esuriero non dicam tibi meus est enim orbis terrae et plenitudo eius Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.
numquid manducabo carnes taurorum aut sanguinem hircorum potabo This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.
immola Deo sacrificium laudis et redde Altissimo vota tua Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.
et invoca me in die tribulationis et eruam te et honorificabis me diapsalma But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.
peccatori autem dixit Deus quare tu enarras iustitias meas et adsumis testamentum meum per os tuum Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;
tu vero odisti disciplinam et proiecisti sermones meos retrorsum For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.
si videbas furem currebas cum eo et cum adulteris portionem tuam ponebas Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself.
os tuum abundavit malitia et lingua tua concinnabat dolos He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.
sedens adversus fratrem tuum loquebaris et adversus filium matris tuae ponebas scandalum Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.
