| 4 | Yu no ken mekim i kam long yu, wanpela piksa god ol i bin wokim, o wanpela piksa long wanpela samting i stap long heven antap o i stap long dispela graun daunbilo, o i stap long wara aninit long dispela graun. | Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: |

Long em yu no ken mekim wanpela wok, yu, o pikinini man bilong yu, o pikinini meri bilong yu, o wokboi bilong yu, o wokmeri bilong yu, o ol bulmakau samting bilong yu, o man bilong longwe ples bilong yu i stap insait long ol dua bilong banis bilong yu. | But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: |

| 17 | Yu no ken mangal long kisim haus bilong man i stap klostu long yu, na yu no ken mangal long kisim meri bilong man i stap klostu long yu, o wokboi bilong em, o wokmeri bilong em, o bulmakau man bilong em, o donki bilong em, o wanpela samting i bilong man i stap klostu long yu. | Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s. |
| 18 | ¶ Na olgeta manmeri i lukim ol klaut i pairap na ol klaut i lait, na nois bilong biugel, na maunten i smok. Na taim ol manmeri i lukim dispela, ol i lusim dispela hap na ol i sanap longwe. | And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. |

Long wanem God i kam long traim yupela, na bai pret long Em i ken i stap long ol pes bilong yupela, bai yupela i no mekim sin. | And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not. |
| 21 | Na ol manmeri i sanap longwe, na Moses i kam klostu dispela strongpela tudak, em ples God i stap. | And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. |
| 22 | ¶ Na BIKPELA i tok long Moses, Yu mas tok olsem long ol pikinini bilong Isrel, Yupela i bin lukluk long Mi bin tok i kam long heven na tok wantaim yupela. | And the Lord said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven. |
| 23 | Yupela i no ken wokim long i stap wantaim Mi ol god i bilong silva, na tu yupela i no ken wokim long yupela ol god i bilong gol. | Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold. |
| 24 | Yupela i mas wokim i go long Mi wanpela alta bilong graun na mekim sakrifais bilong yu long ofa i kuk olgeta long em na ol ofa bilong givim bel isi, em ol sipsip bilong yu na ol bulmakau man bilong yu. Bai Mi kam long yu long olgeta hap Mi makim nem bilong Mi, na bai Mi blesim yu. | An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. |
