| 4 | ¶ Long sait bilong Mi, lukim, kontrak bilong Mi i stap wantaim yu, na yu bai stap papa bilong planti kantri. | As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. |
| 5 | Na tu ol bai i no inap kolim nem bilong yu Ebram moa, tasol nem bilong yu bai stap Ebraham. Long wanem, Mi bin mekim yu stap papa bilong planti kantri. | Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. |
| 6 | Na Mi bai mekim yu i karim planti kaikai planti moa yet, na Mi bai mekim ol kantri i kamaut long yu, na ol king bai i kamaut long yu. | And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. |
| 7 | ¶ Na Mi bai strongim kontrak bilong Mi namel long Mi na yu na tumbuna pikinini bilong yu bihain long yu long ol lain tumbuna bilong ol long wanpela kontrak bilong oltaim oltaim, long stap wanpela God long yu, na long tumbuna pikinini bilong yu i kam bihain long yu. | And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. |

Na Mi bai stap God bilong ol. | And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. |

| 12 | Na em husat i gat etpela de yupela bai katim skin bilong em namel long yupela, olgeta wan wan pikinini man long lain tumbuna bilong yupela, em husat mama i karim long haus, o husat yupela i baim wantaim mani bilong wanpela bilong ol ausait man, husat no tumbuna pikinini bilong yu. | And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed. |

Na kontrak bilong Mi bai stap insait long skin bilong yupela bilong wanpela kontrak bilong oltaim oltaim. | He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant. |

| 15 | ¶ Na God i tokim Ebraham, Long sait bilong Sarai, meri bilong yu, yu bai i no inap kolim nem bilong em Sarai, tasol nem bilong em bai stap Sara. | And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be. |

Ol king bilong ol manmeri bai i kamaut long em. | And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her. |

Na Sara, husat i gat 90-pela krismas, bai karim? | Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear? |

Na Mi bai strongim kontrak bilong Mi wantaim bilong wanpela kontrak bilong oltaim oltaim, na wantaim tumbuna pikinini bilong em bihain long em. | And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. |

| 23 | ¶ Na Ebraham i kisim pikinini man bilong em Ismael, na olgeta husat ol meri i karim insait long hauslain bilong em, na olgeta husat em i baim wantaim mani bilong en, olgeta wan wan man namel long ol man bilong hauslain bilong Ebraham, na katim skin bilong laplap bilong sem bilong ol long dispela de stret, olsem God i bin tokim em. | And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham’s house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as God had said unto him. |

| 26 | Long dispela de stret ol i katim skin bilong Ebraham, na Ismael, pikinini man bilong em. | In the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son. |
| 27 | Na olgeta man bilong hauslain bilong em wantaim em, husat meri i karim long dispela hauslain, na husat em i baim wantaim mani long ol ausait man, ol i katim skin bilong ol wantaim em. | And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him. |
