| 16 | Na Obadaia, pikinini man bilong Semea, pikinini man bilong Galal, pikinini man bilong Jedutun, na Berikaia, pikinini man bilong Esa, pikinini man bilong Elkana, husat i stap long ol vilis bilong ol lain Netofa. | And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites. |

Na ol tumbuna papa bilong ol, husat i bosim ami bilong BIKPELA, em ol wasman bilong dua. | And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the Lord, were keepers of the entry. |

Ol dispela ol i kaunim long lain tumbuna bilong ol long ol vilis bilong ol, husat Devit na sia Samyuel i bin makim insait long wok ol i makim bilong ol. | All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office. |

| 29 | Sampela bilong ol tu ol i makim bilong bosim ol sospen samting, na olgeta samting bilong rum holi, na naispela plaua, na wain, na wel, na frankinsens, na ol spais. | Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices. |

| 31 | Na Matitaia, wanpela bilong ol lain Livai, husat i namba wan pikinini bilong man Kora Salum, i gat wok ol i makim long bosim ol dispela samting ol i wokim insait long ol sospen. | And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans. |
| 32 | Na arapela bilong ol brata bilong ol, bilong ol pikinini man bilong Kohat, i bosim bret bilong soim, bilong redim dispela olgeta wan wan sabat. | And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath. |
| 33 | Na ol dispela em ol man bilong singim song, nambawan bilong ol tumbuna papa bilong ol bilong ol lain Livai, husat taim ol i stap yet insait long ol rum, ol i stap fri. Long wanem, ol i wokim wok long dispela wok san na nait. | And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night. |

| 35 | ¶ Na long Gibion papa bilong Gibion i stap, Jehiel, husat nem bilong meri bilong en em Meaka. | And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife’s name was Maachah: |

| 38 | Na Miklot i kamapim Simeam. Na ol tu i stap wantaim ol brata bilong ol long Jerusalem, pas klostu long ol brata bilong ol. | And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren. |
| 39 | Na Ner i kamapim Kis. Na Kis i kamapim Sol. Na Sol i kamapim Jonatan, na Malkisua, na Abinadap, na Es-beal. | And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi–shua, and Abinadab, and Esh–baal. |
