Na Em i rausim planti kantri long pes bilong yu, em ol Hit na ol Girga na ol Amor na ol Kenan na ol Peris na ol Hiv na ol Jebus, ol i sevenpela kantri i bikpela moa na strongpela moa long yu. | When the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; |

Yu no ken wokim kontrak wantaim ol, o soim sori i go long ol. | And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: |

Yu no ken givim pikinini meri bilong yu long pikinini man bilong em, o yu no ken kisim pikinini meri bilong em long maritim pikinini man bilong yu. | Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. |

Long dispela pasin belhat bilong BIKPELA bai kirap long birua long yu na dispela bai bagarapim yu wantu tasol. | For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. |
| 5 | Tasol yupela mas mekim olsem long ol, yupela mas bagarapim olgeta ol alta bilong ol, na brukim ol god giaman bilong ol, na katim bilong daunim ol bung diwai bilong ol, na kukim long paia ol god giaman ol i bin wokim long han. | But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire. |

Na God BIKPELA bilong yu i makim yu long i stap wanpela spesel manmeri long Em yet na i winim olgeta manmeri i stap long pes bilong dispela graun. | For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. |

Long wanem namba bilong ol manmeri bilong yupela i stap daunbilo long olgeta arapela lain manmeri. | The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: |
| 8 | Tasol BIKPELA i bin bringim yupela i kamaut long han i strong tru na Em i baim bek yupela long lusim ples bilong i stap kalabus, em long han bilong Fero, king bilong Isip, long wanem BIKPELA i laikim tru yupela, na long wanem Em i laik bihainim dispela tok tru antap Em i bin tok tru antap long ol papa bilong yupela. | But because the Lord loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. |

Em i no mekim slek pasin long man i no laikim tru Em, tasol Em bai bekim pe long em long pes bilong em. | And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face. |

| 12 | ¶ Olsem na em bai kamap olsem, sapos yupela i harim gut ol dispela tok long pe bilong kot, na bihainim, na mekim ol, orait BIKPELA, God bilong yu, bai bihainim long yupela dispela kontrak na dispela sori Em i tok tru antap long ol tumbuna papa bilong yu. | Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the Lord thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers: |

Na tu Em bai blesim ol pikinini bilong yu na ol samting i kamap long graun bilong yu, em kon samting bilong yu na wain bilong yu na wel bilong yu na ol pikinini bilong bulmakau bilong yu na ol bung bilong sipsip bilong yu, long dispela hap graun Em i bin tok tru antap long dispela long ol papa bilong yu long givim long yu. | And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee. |

I no gat wanpela man i no inap kamapim pikinini, o meri i no inap karim pikinini namel long yupela, o namel long ol bulmakau samting bilong yupela. | Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. |
| 15 | Na BIKPELA bai tekewe olgeta sik long yu, na bai Em i no putim wanpela bilong ol dispela sik nogut bilong Isip long yu, yu save long ol. Tasol Em bai putim ol long olgeta bilong ol i no laikim tru yu. | And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee. |
| 16 | Na yu mas pinisim olgeta bilong dispela manmeri God BIKPELA bilong yu bai givim yu. Ai bilong yu i no ken sori long ol. Na tu yu no ken mekim wok long bihainim ol god bilong ol. Long wanem dispela bai stap wanpela umben long yu. | And thou shalt consume all the people which the Lord thy God shall deliver thee; thine eye shall have no pity upon them: neither shalt thou serve their gods; for that will be a snare unto thee. |
| 17 | Sapos yu bai tok long bel bilong yu, Ol dispela kantri i gat planti manmeri moa long mi. Olsem wanem mi ken rausim ol? | If thou shalt say in thine heart, These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them? |
| 18 | Yu no ken pret long ol, tasol holim tingting gut long wanem samting God bilong yu i mekim long Fero na long olgeta manmeri bilong Isip, | Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the Lord thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; |
| 19 | Em ol bikpela traim tupela ai bilong yu i bin lukim, na ol mak, na ol samting i winim tingting, na long han i strong tru, na long han Em i taitim. God BIKPELA bilong yu i bin bringim yu i kamaut long ol dispela. God BIKPELA bilong yu bai mekim olsem long olgeta manmeri yu pret long ol. | The great temptations which thine eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the stretched out arm, whereby the Lord thy God brought thee out: so shall the Lord thy God do unto all the people of whom thou art afraid. |
| 20 | Na tu God BIKPELA bilong yu bai salim ol ninik namel long ol inap long ol husat i stap yet na ol i haitim ol yet long yu, ol i bagarap olgeta. | Moreover the Lord thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and hide themselves from thee, be destroyed. |
| 21 | Yu no ken pret long ol. Long wanem God BIKPELA bilong yu Em i stap namel long yupela na Em i God i strongpela na wanpela i kirapim pret. | Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the Lord thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible. |
| 22 | Na God BIKPELA bilong yu bai rausim isi isi ol dispela kantri i stap long pes bilong yu. Yu no ken pinisim ol hariap, nogut ol animal bilong ples gras i kamap planti tumas long yu. | And the Lord thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little: thou mayest not consume them at once, lest the beasts of the field increase upon thee. |
| 23 | Tasol God BIKPELA bilong yu bai givim ol dispela kantri long yu, na Em bai bagarapim ol long bikpela bagarap, inap long ol i bagarap olgeta. | But the Lord thy God shall deliver them unto thee, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they be destroyed. |
| 24 | Na Em bai givim ol king bilong ol i go long han bilong yu, na yu mas bagarapim nem bilong ol long i stap aninit long heven. I no gat wanpela man inap sanap long pes bilong yu inap long yu bin bagarapim ol. | And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them. |

Long wanem dispela i sting tru long tingting bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu. | The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein: for it is an abomination to the Lord thy God. |

Tasol yu mas i no laikim tru long kisim dispela, na yu mas tingim dispela em i samting nogut tru, long wanem God i laik bagarapim dispela samting. | Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it: but thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing. |
