Na tu BIKPELA i bin tokim mi, Yu no ken i go hapsait long dispela Jordan. | And he said unto them, I am an hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the Lord hath said unto me, Thou shalt not go over this Jordan. |

Na Josua em bai go hapsait paslain long yu olsem BIKPELA i bin tok. | The Lord thy God, he will go over before thee, and he will destroy these nations from before thee, and thou shalt possess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as the Lord hath said. |

Bai Em i no stap wanpela i no inap long helpim yu o lusim yu. | Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. |
| 7 | Na Moses i singautim Josua na tokim em long ai bilong olgeta Isrel, Stap strong na long sanap strong long pait. Long wanem yu mas i go wantaim dispela manmeri long dispela hap graun BIKPELA i bin tok tru antap long em long ol papa bilong ol long givim long ol. Na bai yu stap as bilong ol i kisim dispela olsem samting papa i laik givim pikinini. | And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it. |

Yu no ken pret o stap bel hevi. | And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. |
| 9 | ¶ Na Moses i bin raitim dispela lo na givim dispela long ol pris, em ol pikinini man bilong Livai, em lain i karim bokis bilong kontrak bilong BIKPELA, na long olgeta lapun hetman bilong Isrel. | And Moses wrote this law, and delivered it unto the priests the sons of Levi, which bare the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and unto all the elders of Israel. |
| 10 | Na Moses i givim strongpela tok long ol, na tok, Long pinis bilong olgeta sevenpela yia, na long taim bilong yia bilong lusim na long bikpela kaikai bilong ol haus sel, | And Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of tabernacles, |
| 11 | Taim olgeta Isrel i kam long i stap long pes bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu long ples Em bai makim dispela, yu mas ritim dispela lo long pes bilong olgeta Isrel na long ol i ken harim. | When all Israel is come to appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing. |
| 12 | Bungim ol manmeri wantaim, ol man na ol meri na ol pikinini na man bilong yu i bilong narapela kantri na i stap insait long ol dua bilong banis bilong yu, bai ol i ken harim na bai ol i ken kisim save na pret long God BIKPELA bilong yupela na lukautim bilong bihainim olgeta tok bilong dispela lo. | Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the Lord your God, and observe to do all the words of this law: |
| 13 | Na long ol pikinini bilong ol husat i no bin save long wanpela samting i ken harim na kisim save long pret long God BIKPELA bilong yupela inap long yupela i stap long dispela hap graun yupela i go hapsait long Jordan long kisim dispela. | And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear the Lord your God, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it. |

Singautim Josua na sanapim yutupela yet insait long haus lotu sel bilong bung bilong ol manmeri bai Mi ken givim em tok bilong strongim em. Na Moses na Josua i go na sanapim tupela yet insait long haus lotu sel bilong bung bilong ol manmeri. | And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thy days approach that thou must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation. |

Na dispela klaut i go antap tru i sanap antap long dua bilong haus lotu sel. | And the Lord appeared in the tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle. |
| 16 | Na BIKPELA i tok long Moses, Harim yu bai slip wantaim ol papa bilong yu na dispela manmeri bai kirap na go mekim pamuk pasin bilong bihainim ol god bilong ol man bilong narapela kantri na i bilong dispela hap graun, em graun ol i go long i stap namel long ol. Na ol bai lusim Mi na brukim kontrak bilong Mi, Mi bin mekim dispela wantaim ol. | And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them. |
| 17 | Long dispela taim belhat bilong Mi bai i kirap birua long ol long dispela de na bai Mi lusim ol na bai Mi haitim pes bilong Mi long ol, na ol bai stap olsem sampela i bin kaikai ol na planti samting nogut na hevi bai kamap long ol inap long ol bai tok long dispela de, Ating as bilong ol dispela samting nogut i kamap long yumi em God bilong yumi i no stap namel long yumi? | Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? |

Putim dispela long maus bilong ol, bai dispela song i ken i stap witnes bilong Mi long kotim ol pikinini bilong Isrel. | Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel. |
| 20 | Long wanem long taim Mi bai bringim ol insait long dispela hap graun Mi bin tok tru antap long dispela long ol papa bilong ol. Em i pulap long susu na hani na ol bai kaikai na pulapim ol yet na kamap patpela, long dispela taim ol bai tanim ol yet i go long ol arapela god na mekim wok long ol na kirapim Mi na brukim kontrak bilong Mi. | For when I shall have brought them into the land which I sware unto their fathers, that floweth with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and waxen fat; then will they turn unto other gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant. |

Yes em nau, pastaim long Mi bin bringim ol insait long dispela hap graun Mi bin tok tru antap long em. | And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware. |

Na bai Mi stap wantaim yu. | And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee. |
| 24 | Na em i kamap olsem, taim Moses i pinis long raitim ol tok bilong dispela lo long wanpela buk inap long ol i pinis, | And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, |
| 25 | Orait Moses i givim strongpela tok long lain bilong Livai, em lain i karim bokis bilong kontrak bilong BIKPELA, na em i tok, | That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying, |
| 26 | Kisim dispela buk bilong lo na putim dispela insait long sait bilong dispela bokis bilong kontrak bilong God BIKPELA bilong yupela, bai em i ken i stap long dispela ples bilong i stap witnes bilong kotim yu. | Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee. |
| 27 | Long wanem mi save long bikhet pasin bilong yu na long nek bilong yu i no laik i go daun. Harim, taim mi stap laip yet wantaim yupela dispela de, yupela i bin i stap bikhet na birua long BIKPELA, na hamas moa bihain long mi dai pinis? | For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against the Lord; and how much more after my death? |
| 28 | Mekim olgeta lapun hetman bilong ol lain bilong yupela na ol ofisa bilong yupela i bung long mi, bai mi ken autim ol dispela tok long ol ia bilong ol. Na mi ken singaut long heven na dispela graun long mekim tok long kotim ol. | Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them. |
| 29 | Long wanem mi save long bihain long mi dai pinis yupela bai mekim yupela yet i kamap nogut tru na tanim yupela yet long lusim we mi bin givim strongpela tok long yupela long dispela. Na ol samting nogut bai kamap long yupela long ol las de. As bilong dispela em yupela bai mekim pasin nogut long ai bilong BIKPELA, long kirapim Em long kros long wok bilong ol han bilong yupela. | For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands. |
