| 1 | ¶ Long dispela taim BIKPELA i tok long mi, Yu mas katim tupela hap ston olsem namba wan tupela na kamap long Mi long maunten, na yu mas wokim wanpela bokis long diwai. | At that time the Lord said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. |
| 2 | Na bai Mi rait long tupela hap ston ol tok i bin i stap long namba wan tupela hap ston yu bin brukim ol, na yu mas putim tupela insait long bokis. | And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark. |
| 3 | Na mi wokim wanpela bokis long diwai sitim, na mi katim tupela hap ston olsem namba wan tupela, na mi go antap long maunten, na mi gat dispela tupela hap ston long han bilong mi. | And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand. |

Na BIKPELA i givim tupela long mi. | And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the Lord spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the Lord gave them unto me. |

Na Eleasar pikinini man bilong em i kisim wok bilong em na wok long wok bilong pris. | And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest’s office in his stead. |

| 8 | Long dispela taim BIKPELA i makim lain bilong Livai long karim bokis bilong kontrak bilong BIKPELA, na long sanap long pes bilong BIKPELA long mekim wok long Em, na long blesim nem bilong Em inap long dispela de. | At that time the Lord separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day. |

BIKPELA em i olsem ol samting bilong em, olsem God BIKPELA bilong yu i promisim em. | Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the Lord is his inheritance, according as the Lord thy God promised him. |

Na BIKPELA i harim tok bilong mi long dispela taim tu, na BIKPELA i orait long Em i no bagarapim yu. | And I stayed in the mount, according to the first time, forty days and forty nights; and the Lord hearkened unto me at that time also, and the Lord would not destroy thee. |

Tasol em long pret long God BIKPELA bilong yu, na long wokabaut long olgeta we bilong Em, na long laikim tru Em, na long mekim wok long God BIKPELA bilong yu long olgeta hap bilong bel bilong yu na long olgeta hap bilong tewel bilong yu, | And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, |
| 13 | Na long holimpas ol strongpela tok bilong BIKPELA na ol strongpela tok i stap long buk bilong Em. Mi givim yu strongpela tok long ol dispela long dispela de bilong helpim yu. | To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good? |
| 14 | Harim, heven na heven bilong ol heven na tu dispela graun wantaim olgeta samting i stap long em, ol i bilong God BIKPELA bilong yu. | Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord’s thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. |
| 15 | Tasol BIKPELA i gat bikpela amamas long ol papa bilong yu long laikim tru ol na Em i makim ol pikinini na tumbuna pikinini bilong ol i kamap bihain long ol, na yupela i winim olgeta arapela manmeri olsem em i stap dispela de. | Only the Lord had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day. |
| 16 | Olsem na yupela i mas mekim pasin i olsem yupela i katim skin long bel bilong yupela, na yupela i no ken stap bikhet moa. | Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. |
| 17 | Long wanem God BIKPELA bilong yupela em i God bilong ol god na Bikpela bilong ol bikpela. Em i wanpela bikpela God na Em i strongpela na Em i pretim man. Em i no tingim wanpela man i winim narapela na tu Em i no kisim pe bilong grisim. | For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: |
| 18 | Em i wokim stretpela kot long ol pikinini i nogat papa na meri man bilong em i dai pinis, na Em i laikim tru man o meri bilong narapela ples, long Em i givim em kaikai na klos. | He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. |
| 19 | Olsem na, yupela i mas laikim tru man o meri bilong narapela ples. Long wanem yupela i bin i stap lain bilong narapela ples long graun bilong Isip. | Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. |
| 20 | Yu mas pret long God BIKPELA bilong yu, yu mas mekim wok long Em na yu mas holimpas long Em na tok tru antap long nem bilong Em. | Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name. |
| 21 | Em i stap wanpela yu mas litimapim na Em i stap God bilong yu. Em i bin wokim long helpim yu ol dispela bikpela samting na samting bilong pretim ol man, na ol ai bilong yu i bin lukim dispela. | He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. |
| 22 | Ol papa bilong yu i bin i go daun long Isip wantaim seventi manmeri. Na nau God BIKPELA bilong yu i mekim yu i kamap olsem ol sta bilong heven long namba bilong yu. | Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the Lord thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude. |
