| 2 | Long wanem ol spia bilong Yu i pas strong long mi. Na han bilong Yu i daunim mi strong. | For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore. |
| 3 | Skin bilong mi i no stap strong, long wanem Yu belhat long mi. Na tu ol bun bilong mi i no gat malolo liklik, long wanem mi bin mekim sin. | There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin. |
| 4 | Long wanem ol sin bilong mi i bin go antap na winim het bilong mi. Olsem bikpela hevi ol i hevi tumas long mi. | For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me. |

| 7 | Long wanem, bel bilong mi i pulap long sik i sting. Na bodi bilong mi i no stap strong. | For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh. |

Na ol man i laik bagarapim mi ol i tok long ol raskol pasin, na long olgeta hap bilong de ol i tingting long ol pasin giaman. | They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long. |

| 14 | Olsem na mi bin stap olsem man i no save harim, na man i no gat ol tok bilong stretim man long maus bilong em. | Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs. |

| 16 | Long wanem mi bin tok, Yu mas harim mi. Nogut ol i amamas tru antap long mi. Taim lek bilong mi i wel na i laik pundaun, ol i litimapim ol yet na birua long mi. | For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me. |

| 20 | Na tu ol man i mekim pasin nogut bilong bekim gutpela pasin ol i stap birua bilong mi. Long wanem mi bihainim dispela samting i gutpela. | They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is. |
| 21 | O BIKPELA, Yu no ken givim baksait long mi. O God bilong mi, Yu no ken stap longwe long mi. | Forsake me not, O Lord: O my God, be not far from me. |
| 22 | O Bikpela, Man bilong kisim bek mi, Yu mas hariap long helpim mi. | Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation. |
